i understand but i don’t understand how a rocket is able to escape the atmosphere this way , unless there was a path already made by something or someone else , honestly i can’t imagine. thrust working at all without atmosphere present

No resistance in space so steering is done buy Vector thrust from rockets. Like rockets on a swivel. F=MA

try find how much physical mass is ejected when using the thrusters in space ,i bet there's no data .

@@TheCraigy83 I assume as its burnt some unburnt fuel, heat, soot, CO2, & a few other things are ejected during the burn. Unsure what your stating? Mass in = Mass out

@@ddt1877 they move by mass ejection after they run out of atmosphere to push against , they'll go from millions of pounds of thrust to like handfull of pounds probably even less hundreds of grams , do you properly understand psi force vs air/gas mass is like elephant vs ladybug .

Sorry your video is hopeless “in the 19th century “?1900s is the 20th century. So why is 11.6 m/s required to escape earth’s gravity nothing is explained.

      Dear Jack
      Thank you for your comment
      In response to your questions,
We referred to the "cold war" (1947-48) which is in the 20th century. We mentioned 20th century in our video.
Referring to the Escape velocity - The motive of our video was to describe "How rockets escape the Earth's atmosphere" as a system in which escape velocity is one aspect.
In the future, we will try to make a video about Escape Velocity in detail.
      Hope we answered your questions.
