I think the “pen” holder is actually for a lipstick. I’ve had bags before with the elastic loop that a pen really doesn’t fit in.

Oh yes I should have mentioned I believe too it’s for chapstick or lipstick but a pen does fit in it if you have a small pocket pen. As long as the height is right for the purse 👛 thanks so much for watching.
