Hi
it's actually more complicated than it looks to come up with words on the spot like that in such a short time, great exercise tho!!
Thank you so much for nice post! I save it! Please if impossible turn on auto subtitles. It helps me understand new words better. Your job is very wonderful!
Just watched your videos today for the first time and I'm not gonna lie, but you are the best teacher i have seen so far in youtube. You channel seems to focus on teaching not beginners but intermidiate learners and that's exactly what i need. Great lessons
Thanks for this great feedback @jeorgehenry8727!

We have been subscribed to Rachel for a long time and this might be her best video ever - thanks Rachel! We just got home from teaching TOEIC at our university and this is exactly how we teach TOEIC section 1 (and really, how we recommend learning general vocabulary...). Have thought about making a video on this topic for years but thanks to Rachel we will not have to! This is homework starting next week! Thanks!!! 😀😀😀
Thank you so much for your kind words @englishconversationclub!

Good evening teacher watching from Philippines
Hello there and thanks for watching @ramonaenguito9040!
Ohh my God! How much you have changed😮! Recently, youtube recommended me one of your 11 years ago videos. At that video your sound were more like AI assistants like Siri, Elsa, etc, and you looked so glowing and charming.
After the video I visited the your channel and opened the most recent video; to my surprise I got filled with wonder that how human grows and how the time goes on.
You still look amazing, but the look is clearly saying that nothing is eternal, everything is mortal and will end one day😢😢
Thanks so much @studentmaterial8543!
Good luck 👍
Thanks @khaliqyarelevatorcompany2006!

Nouns, adjectives and verbs are elementary tools.I'm looking forward to using these tools in applied, vital dialogues ,my dearest Rachel?
Yes, it's important to put these into dialogues. Here's a playlist for more dialogue-based practice: ua-cam.com/play/PLrqHrGoMJdTQjpAE9LLYcpGqFOVQOyT7n.html&si=3U8CdEdRNInpoNrs
It is a very effective way but a bit trying
That's right @ferihao. Just try that daily and you'll see the improvements!
Make more videos like that cuz I just need to know more vocabularies
Thanks for watching @user-qd6gp!
Thank a lot Rachel. It is a very effective way of learning English! However, what can I do if I don't know the words in English?
Good question! Here are some of my tips for building vocabulary: ua-cam.com/video/SIojtnMplHc/v-deo.html
The levels of IELTS are 9,8,7,6,5.That is really hard test which I know. But think in English Super amazing.
If the people are at 7 level,They just repeat action of studying every day and to go to 8 level. But that is a problem,at 8 level there are many advance words, and the people stop.
So the people just used to have a simple and easy way to not to go to high levels.they stay 7 level and directly to find lower level resources.
Ok,I know that the people think.I just want to learn English and to improve normally.
Thanks a lot, Rachel. I have a question about the pronunciation of the verb want. I would appreciate it if you can find time to answer it. One American teacher said it has the same vowel sound as "cup". However, dictionaries show /wɑːnt/ not /wʌnt/. Are both ways in use?
The vowel is not the same in "cup" and "want". "Cup" should use the UH as in butter vowel, [ʌ]. "Want" should use the AH as in father vowel, [ɑ]. More on the AH and UH vowels here: ua-cam.com/video/eJPv2mJJwHQ/v-deo.html
@@rachelsenglish Thank you so much. This video confused me: ua-cam.com/video/PhDMFSp6ayQ/v-deo.htmlsi=gG9NQBFcn9EFEkeW

By Artificial intelligence this is the top channel to learn english
Happy to hear that @kateberger6242!
What would you recommend me to learn English, teacher
This is a big question! There is a lot that goes into studying English, but for pronunciation, I suggest starting with a lot of listening and repeating (Play-it, Say-it) practice. This will start training your ears to listen for the sounds in words, instead of relying on spelling to learn new word pronunciations.
Okey Teacher thank you and I love you ❤❤❤ @@rachelsenglish
