While it is easily the sportiest looking electric scooter on the market, it also commands a hefty 2.5L price tag. Can it delivery the performance to match its price? Great to see appreciation and patronage to top tier vehicles from Indian makers. The ones saying its too expensive do not understand its not a mass market proposition.

I wish Tvs launched a petrol version of this as well... I will be the first person to buy.

Looks futuristic for sure. I still don’t see the value prop but as you said, probably needs a longer term on road review to figure that out. All in all, still seems like a good effort.

2.5 lakhs for a scooter like that is still slightly steep but it’s better then electric.
Or maybe avail extra battery packs for this 🥹

It seems to be well built and has the road presence that its peers lack, I can see this being sold to a niche urban customer segment, after all looks take precedence when buying an automobile in India.

2.5 lakhs for a scooter is too much I guess. Considering the practicallity a scooter offers, it was considered heavily in the Indian market because of the affordability. Now in this price point there are so many good bikes to choose from such as the speed 400.

That floor board is surely gonna leave your feet sore and exposed. I love that display though. If electric, Ola S1 Pro all the way for me. Heck if I don't want practicality... Aerox it is despite the fact it has an ICE. Thanks a ton Sagar for this snappy First ride review.

10:44 Rear ABS is a big miss! Coming from an RC390, looking to buy EV scooter with an ABS, none of the scooter have them OLA, Ather, Simple, TVS iQube, TVS X. Dual channel ABS saves life's, has helped me on my RC a lot many times.
Can't thing of buying a powerful EV scooter without Dual channel ABS.
Wany to buy that mudguard from back side and fix it in ntorq thats look cool,😍

Love the looks and the tech, but I'm not sure if it justifies a 2.5 lac price point with that range and performance. TVS needs to make an ADV that competes with the Himalayan, and en EV scooter at 1 lac price point. They have the tech and know how but their product planning is not the best IMO. Maybe they should hire someone from RE.

A similar product wrt pricing strategy is kawasaki w175cc. I mean solely for uniqueness buy it. Cause one can. No other sensible reason. This product may be the result of some contractual requirement. Otherwise why would they price it unlike their other vfm products.

This is a cool scooter, impractical may be, because entire point of scooter is storage space which this doesn't have, atleast in front
why wouldn't u rathe go for a bike since the bike can provide u with more range with almost same space

Thanks for sharing. I just only hope these 2 wheeler companies rethink the led headlight location. These are a nuisance when in a car esp because we have a habit of driving in high beam - serious nuisance. Similar situation with cars - utter nuisance

Why did they price it like that? Most scooters in the market offer similar Performance. The price isn't justifiable. I was really hoping to replace my ntorq. But the price was a blow on my head

The problem isn't the money, it's the money without the value.
3 lakhs on road and without the expected range (most important thing for an EV). Top speed and acceleration isn't good either. What's worse is that it has 12 inch tyres. 14 would've given more stability.
Just look at Aerox. That's how perfomance scooters need to be.
Looking forward to ride it longer to understand what it brings to the table

I mean cruise control for a 100 km Ideal range where in 25 odd kms for coming in and out of city and then 75 odd kms should be highway run which is meant to have fun, so cruise control does not make sense at all. What are they trying to achieve here, can't imagine at all!!
Couldn't try the cruise control on this first ride. Looking forward to trying it on the longer review

Is it just me or the The centre display seems to be in a weird angle such that its going to reflect a nasty glare onto the face under certain elevations?

I loved the review, as usual, but sagar, kindly ask them to make either a scooter or a motorcycle. We have seen such aggresive scooters fail earlier. They must Learn from bajaj chetak.

Looks cool, but all that glitters is not gold. I don't know what would happen after 3 years, when all EVs need their batteries replaced, and the public opinion on spending 70% of the cost again for any EV they bought over.
That's something that we all seek clarity on. Most manufacturers themselves havent thought that far ahead
TVS please build an Adv bike. Bring all your performance there. I dont want a performace e-scooter. Matlab Jabardasti hai kya....

Superb design though, but man 2.5 lacs... My VStrom SX 250 costed less than this last year... 😅 Surely there's a market for this, but yeah... will pass. Nice design though!
