Reeshma, not all movements have specific names. Some are an amalgamation and defined in movement structure but not in movement vocabulary.

Ma'am why in lesson - 33 and 40, both the videos Madhya hasta chakra is different by hands one is going directly to the right side and vice versa with other hand and other is going to the outward to the inward and vice versa with other hand

Anju, thaat is a stylised way of taking a stance. Posture, poses, alignment are important while executing the thaats. Breath control and balanced use of the minor limbs is also paramount. It is performed at the very beginning of the repetiure and is in vilambit (slow) lays (speed).
