- Losing the weight was not initially easy. Let me explain how I lost 110 pounds and share with you my journey from my childhood through my 20's to today. I have three key items that you can start today to help you with and watch the pounds come off and change your life!

Thank you for this Denise. Im here thinking I have all the answers, but the emotional issues, everything we shoulder around its a lot😢. I really don't know how to start. I have the tools but no desire to do it.
I definitely get that. I am intending to build a community of us to uplift one another and tackle these obstacles that rob us of that desire. You aren't alone in these feelings.

Oh girl! I am on the other side now, post-menopausal but do still get the occasional night sweat. I was fortunate, I did not suffer too badly during, but I do think the heavy weight training and whole foods helped.
Been vegan, never again
Yea, I know some that say they are thriving in that realm, but I definitely don't think it is for the masses. I know that when I was forcing it and comp training when I decided, no more and returned to Primal roots, I literally ate a heart, RAW. I was savage. I was so depleted; I ate it straight from the farmer, raw. I was literally starving. No joke.

How did you lose the weight??? Almost 20 minutes
The bulk of it was on Vegan diet. I did it high carb, whole foods. Tons of raw fruits & veggies cooked veggies, juices, smoothies, soups, lentils etc. I did very little grains if any for the most part. For exercise, I started with walking first. Then added Yoga and home workouts. I did lots of meditation, sitting in the sun. I progressed into some deep level detoxing like mucoid plaque removal, worked on heavy metals, parasites. I am working on making a program that gives all the very specifics. What advice would you give me on what people would like from me to help?
