Tried this out and it came out perfectly! Thankyou!
Like others i did not find any written recipe so I just winged it by pausing the video😅 this is what i used
Coconut oil
1 tsp Fennel
4 elachi
3 clove
2 small cinnamon
1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic
Curry leaves
1 large onion
1 normal tomato
Masalas:
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Almost 1 tsp pepper powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp meat masala
Salt
Pressure cook on medium highfor 2 whistles and then keep on low for 10 mins

To all idiots crying against beef. In kerala Buffalo meat is eaten, not cow. We eat pork as well. Even if we eat cow, its none of the concern of north indians, better start minding your own business.
