I think the two teams that would be most interesting are Williams and Aston. Williams are the "last of the top" teams. They were very competiteve this year and I think with the aarava touch could become world champs semi quickly, plus the story of their rise after like 40 years is insane. Aston would be a long project, but you have the pieces. Piastri and Aarava is a combo like bread and butter it would just be so smooth and bringing Aston to glory would be a lovley story

You could try a All American/English/German etc line up for a new team, right from the Drivers to Race Engineers and Aero Head etc. this will force your hand at having to choose from very limited options but might give an interesting challenge 😊
