That was pretty good Tom. I think you can change it up the format little bit by using the wheel every end of the season by including stuff like terminating contract, or increasing/decreasing the CA or PA. I think that would be very interesting to see.
In the early 2000's I created a team in Championship Manager made up, mostly, of created players, which included myself and my school friends. I also tried to stay true to real life attributes, with the exception of one 20 attribute per player. I thought they would develop nicely, but I was surprised to see that single OP attribute being enough to make the team amazingly good and thrash most of the oposition. It only became an actual challenge at the 1st division (in Brazil).

I routinely test 3 different thumbnails on each video as part of UA-cam's A/B/C testing to see which thumbnail gets the most clicks/watchtime so you've probably just seen a couple of them!
