I'm currently ranked as a Platinum player, but my actual skill level is more in line with an advanced Gold player, if I'm being honest. While I would like to register, I struggle with 1v1 matches and perform much better in 2v2 matches. Specifically, my rank is Platinum 1 in 2v2, but only Silver 3 in 1v1 matches.
I checked sideswipe yesterday after not playing for a month, thinking an update had come out. Then I saw that the update was coming out on a friday. Updates always come out of mondays (in my timezone) and that may mean a bigger update than usual.
hello because of the announcement of this tournament i decided to play back the game i am plat 3 but i play against diamonand champs one day i was at one game plat 4 and i played agaist 3 champs in a row... Why do this is hapenning ? It's because there is no more plats lefts ??? or because the game son't like me ? I know that u can't change anjything but i want to know if i am alone in this situation ! Thanks and i have hope in the devolopement of this game.
This is because the champs and diamonds either are champ and diamond in duos or like you, they took a break and dropped down a couple ranks and when the tournament got announced they started playing again
Nooooo! I hate 1v1s!!! My daughter and I make a pretty good 2v2s team though. I'll totally participate in an official tournament though. Even if it's 1v1s. 🤣
@@StartedNebula77 yes for now. In future i think they will remove it and move to epic games app for other regions. But for now no changes outside of EU

nah my understanding is that the rank restriction of at least Gold only applies to Rocket League, not Sideswipe.
