Bro u r right SO3+ is the electrophile taught in rxn mechanism and it is a polar electrophile.. U have not understood this rixn's mechanism correctly see in the first step of this reaction's mechanism
conc.H2SO4 dissociates to give H3O+ and HSO4- and SO3..
Then in the second step the SO3 formed(which is the actual electrophile) in first step attacks benzene ring and a sigma complex attached with SO3- is formed.. Now in the last and third step HSO4- formed in step 1 attacks the intermediate which was formed in step 2 .. The Carbon which is attached with SO3- donates its hydrogen to HSO4- therby H2SO4 is formed as product... Also benzene with SO3- on top is formed as the product now this product is attacked by H3O+ formed at step 1 and SO3- takes one hydrogen from H3O+ and forms HSO3 (attached to benzene) and H2O is also formed because of loss of H+ from H3O+ ... Sir only directly wrote these rxns as mechanism wasn't so necessary... Hope u understood...
