Unfortunately they have managed to get the lyrics just slightly wrong
The words are "Hold your head up high" rather than "Keep your head up high".
Somehow, someone has managed to muddle the original words by Oscar Hammerstein with the version sung by Ray Charles..... who sang the slightly more pugnacious "Keep your CHIN up high"!

There's a great difference between singing "keep your head up high" and "hold your head up high". The latter is the composer's choice. The former introduces a harsh consonant (the plosive "kee" in keep) whereas the composer wanted to have a softer sound with "hold"
