It does! I find that it wears down nicely into a flush of color but it will wear like a traditional lipstick and need some touch ups through out a day/event especially eating/drinking. It does transfer but I find it gives a lot of shine without being a formula that migrates around too much!

Does the red last well? I normally go for a matte but I have the same skin tone as you and the colour looks PERFECT!
