I seek this out (or should I say it finds me) and I use it to stay calm and in balance. I connect with deities through these and have been trying to meditate more. Know thyself - we are the sojourner walking a thousand lives.
I also will put this kind of stuff on in the background while doing schoolwork and writing/reading. I'll mix it with some rain or fire sounds and maybe even some binaural beats
Getting in touch with all my inner deities ❤ she is unstoppable protection, strength and healing. When I meditate with this I’m not afraid to remove what’s no longer working for me and it makes space for renewal and growth.
