- I designed this soundscape to foster a transformative meditation journey in the presence of Sekhmet. Her complex and multifaceted nature as a deity calls the love of many who understand her sacred narrative and the wisdom she brings. Through the resonating frequency of 432 Hz, you may experience deep relaxation, relief of stress, and a heightened sense of inner balance.

All of my music has been tuned to the root frequency of 432 Hz - a frequency that has been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol and anxiety; as opposed to its 440 Hz counterpart (standard tuned music).
My reason for starting this project:
♢ In a world where stress and anxiety run rampant, finding solace in soothing music has become an essential ritual for many. While music has long been recognized for its therapeutic qualities, there is a particular frequency that has emerged as a profound tool for healing and relaxation - 432 Hz music. This unique frequency is believed to resonate in harmony with nature, offering a myriad of benefits that uplift and elevate the listener's well-being.
1) Restoring Balance and Harmony:
♢ 432 Hz music, also known as the "mathematical sublime," taps into the natural rhythm and resonance of the universe. It is said to mirror the frequency at which our planet and everything within it resonates, including our bodies. The soothing sounds of 432 Hz music gently realign our bodily energies, promoting a state of tranquility and inner peace.

I seek this out (or should I say it finds me) and I use it to stay calm and in balance. I connect with deities through these and have been trying to meditate more. Know thyself - we are the sojourner walking a thousand lives.
I also will put this kind of stuff on in the background while doing schoolwork and writing/reading. I'll mix it with some rain or fire sounds and maybe even some binaural beats
