Got my Scout twenty as second bike. First was a xj6 SP yamaha naked.
I got the 1920 seat and instaled
a backseat by myself.
Best choice ever. Greetings from Germany Cologne.🇩🇪
Ride safe brother!✌️
Started out with an indian scout bobber back in 2019. First time riding on the street after getting my license was riding the bike home from the dealership lol. Here I am nearly 5 years later and am still enjoying it (also haven't gone down either knock on wood). Great bike to grow into for sure, just gotta respect it if you are new to riding.
That’s amazing I could agree with you more !
Nice bike man, congrats!
Thanks!
Unless you have short legs (difficulty reaching the forward controls), Scout is ok for a beginner with its low seat height. It is still a serious and powerful bike and there are better choices for a beginner. Forward controls are more for advanced riders because the balance is worse. Cruisers are much better than sport bikes for sure though. Honda Rebel 1100 is a better choice, eg.
Yes that Honda rebel is sweet
It’s a beautiful machine. I’ve never liked sports bikes. Had my eye on either a scout bobber or a scout 101/rogue for a while now. Finding it hard to decide.
You’re lucky Indian just released a whole new line up
just ordered the scout bobber 2025 arriving in june as a first bike i'm so impatient to ride it! looks so fucking good
@@Floki1027 that’s amazing what color did you order
@@PapaCharlieMoto Black smoke and put 2 saddlebag plus the heated grips
@Floki1027 now that’s a bobber done right !
Beginner bike? It's a great bike, period. Sportsters don't compare at all, if you want to compare these to a HD, then compare it to a Dyna. Great choice you made!
What brand is that mask on the light?
It’s Indian , you can buy it at your local dealership
@@PapaCharlieMoto Tnx
In theory, any motorcycle can be a "beginner bike".
ZX14R?
True
Really nice bike!!! 💯 Beautiful and looks bad A$$ 🔥
Thank you sir
I tell people you'll only outgrow the comfort of the bike, you wont outgrow the performance. Spend a day riding several hundred miles and thats the only times im wishing i had somehting bigger for comfort.
I agree,
I disagree. You need a better seat, shocks and 10 inch mini apes and it's wayyy better.
I've got a rogue, so all that checks out.
Really nice bike but not a beginner bike at all. Would be a shame and a costly repair if it gets away from you. No shame in buying used and smaller to hone your skills. Lots of people are OK jumping right in but many more aren't.
I mean you have to understand the targeted audience for Indian scout Bobber is male within the age of 28-36 a 10k bike won’t break the bank for that age group
That’s why you have insurance ;).
Why are there so many videos on this. Buy one. Jeez get over it and ride.
What's not a beginners bike
