If ever I'm in that area, I'm coming to stay at that hotel and eat in that restaurant.
I'm not black. But I want to stay at NOPSI. Just made a reservation for Jan 21-24, 2018. As a food writer, I have been to New Orleans several times and explored some of New Orleans' best. So we are looking forward to spending time at the NOPSI and dining at Public Service.
How was visit?
Saying "I'm not black" is totally unnecessary! Mrs.Johnson never said or implied there is a skin color requirement to patronize her establishments? It's so horribly sad and unfortunate what racism has done, and continuing to do to this country!

Quality, not quantity. BET is the #1 apparatus to teach and influence the black community. Hotels don't have that clout.
Right! Someone gets it. I was like, he shouldn't have even brought that up because he didn't sell that point of view at all. Media is the paramount in influence, amongst other things, in the world. Also, the fact that something that is all about and geared towards Blk people is no longer owned by Blk people is crazy! Smh
