Great video. I just had my Grip 6 belts arrive today. It appears they’ve taken your advice. The belts I got all have a 45 degree angle cut into them on the side that goes through the pants loops. It’s cut angled, then straight (like only cutting off one of the corners).
This GRIP6 Belt company is great. These belts are awesome! I ordered the carbon set first and loved them, so I ordered 4 more colored buckles and 4 more straps. The design is minimalist and they are guaranteed for life which is great. Very simple and yet functional. Love the design and I am thinking of collecting them, LOL. So, I have six buckles and 6 straps for now, to mix and match, a total of 36 belts altogether. GrEat quality too and MADE IN THE U.S.A.
Tip to cut heavy nylon belt. Get an old butter knife and heat it till it glows with a propane torch. It will cut straight and seal off the end of the nylon
I think something is wrong with UA-cam. You should have a few more zeros at the end of your sub count. You deserve a ton more subscribers. Great video 👍
Are these belts really that good? I just ordered my first.. I wear a Tactical belt at work and need a belt underneath it for weight support. The buckle is small and will not hinder my Tac belt so it seems
Hay Roger 1 quick question... How easy and quickly will the belt undo...? You know when that split second all is good.. Than aaaaa shit.. Even the button on your Pant is one second to long from that oooo----nnnnnooooo hurry up... Will this belt remove, deploy, get out of the way easily so you aren't caught with your pants up in the event of disaster!? Not that it happens a lot... But when it does... I'd like to know I'm not locked in... I "had" an edc belt that got complicated when you became nurvious and in a hurry!
Speed up the camera through the superfluous stuff. Bottom line is an arch shape is stronger than straight. Should’ve just traced the shape of your old leather belt.
They do this by default now, just got one today. Pretty sweet they listen to their consumers!

Your video was very good but you could have used your old belt to trace an outline on the Grip6 belt. No ruler necessary.

I have a grip6 belt and it came the ends cut and burned so good for me 🙂 And to reply to the question they (I have three)are my favorite belt.

You can buy the serviceman model which is 1.75” in width and you don’t need to have two belts.
Have you consider a kore belt? You can get a wearable gun belt that’s reinforced but very comfy.

My Ninja Work Belt came yesterday and they (Grip6) have incorporateed a single 45° cut to one side of the tongue.

I bought my GRIP6 Belt in May 2020 and the end of the belt has been shaped with a point and not flat.

Being an old geezer, I totally understand your question. The Grip 6 belt is a one-motion release. No problem and no disasters due to the belt.
