This is actually a sad story, this great man had to battle politics and clueless officials just to make things right, but looking at educations today, one can tell teachers, principles, school boards are no longer fit for purpose, the guys at the top are number chasers, and teachers simply don't have power to change anything, and with no ability to discipline there is no chance of any changes. the man should have been given awards for his dedication and hard work.
What a great man he was . Standing up to bureaucrat and doing what was right is being a civic HERO that was Joe Clark.
