I installed this kit. took a few days but this video was super helpful however there are some heads up for those who are doing it. ignore the first time they install the Throttle body cuz they take it off and reinstall it l8r. also, you're going to want to install the 3/4" coolant hose next to the throttle body AFTER the throttle body is installed as there is noo way it'll go on b4, we almost stripped my intake manifold bolts because of the hose pushing it away from lining up, btw you have to remove the thermostat housing from the motor in order to get the hose on. Also, this install is for a 15- early 17' GT as the lines from page 38-46 is based on either the 15-early17 or the 17+ so be careful with that part. Also, if you are using a sai lie return fuel system the boost reference line gets T in with the same exact type of vacuum fitting shown on page 47 and this fitting will also go on the same exact hose as the first fitting was put in, as in there will be 2 vacuum t fittings in the one line seen on page 47 part B.. This vid makes a few things seem a lot easier than they actually are. I highly advice using lubricant on some hoses and fittings cuz they can be a real pain to get in. Also, get the kit in black, and upgrade to the maxflow BOV. Throttle Body torque 120in/lbs, spark plugs 20ft/lbs, supercharger, and bracket 30 ft/lbs, use Loctite on pulley bolt if u change pulleys. I had to heat my new 3.48" smaller pulley in the oven at 170 degrees then it'll slide on, the stock one really just slides off. take off the wheel and wheel wells also, but reinstall the bumper b4 the wheel wells. they also didn't reinstall the track pack front bumper black metal mount things in this vid but trust me they go back in fine. use blue Loctite on ALL supercharger bracket bolts that go into the motor, not just the bottom 2 shown in the vid. the piping on the passenger side is a huge pain to get lined up right, its a super tight fit. Vortech defiantly should've made a custom hose for the passenger side instead of making us put together this ridiculous hose seen in 23 min mark. DON'T buy the $200 cold air intake upgrade with the kit, and dont use the stock airbox cuz thats dumb, the end of the tubing is 4" just go buy a $40 k&n air filter and it looks cleaner rather than having 4 hose clamps and crap at the end of the air tube or the darn stock airbox. check supercharger oil b4 and after install. beware min mark 29 isn't nearly as easy as it looks. you want to tilt the billet black maf sensor housing thing toward the front of the car because once u try to put the air tube on top the connector will be in the way. on min 28 they skipped a part in the instructions that will make it very tough to get the TB on, the vortech instructions say to cut the factory plastic clamp off and use a hose clamp, very important. The kit comes with a packet of black and white instructions but online instructions are full color if u want them hmu ill send the link or just google it. my insta is Ohhshitsomeoneactually if anyone has further questions
There is a video of the dyno pull coming. It is actually a 2 part video because I won the supercharger at the American muscle car show 2017. Its just waiting for its turn in the Hot Lap video lineup which they only upload 1 a month. Video has been done since November.
Man no dyno pull....for those wondering what to expect power wise: I have the v-3 si on 13 gt manual 3.31 gears. Makes 520 whp on a mustang dyno with Lund tune. Only have muffler deletes. You definately want to get this custom tuned. The canned tune kit comes with is not doing it justice.
Philly area accent! Malvern, PA is right outside of Philadelphia. Believe it or not you'll hear a lot of people say radiator like that(rhymes with gladiator) in Philly and the surrounding suburbs.

I can say I didn't like having to hack up coolant lines they should have them customer molded . really if I did it again could do it in about 6 hours . Make sure you get a good tune , I blew my motor about two weeks after . the good thing is the tuner bought my blown motor and got a good deal on a aluminator !
all I can really say its one of the majors for the coyote motor. I would not worry though after all said and done the care is still rolling strong, they owned up and took care of me!
So after you trim and cut up half of your stock parts. Rig and build a pcv hose assembly apollo 13 style. Then install your 6 thousand dollar kit on your 50 thousand dollar car.... You are set... I love vortech but I feel like they cut to many costs here for comfort.
If you're going to advertise a power adder and spend the time to edit and produce a nearly hour long video without before and after dyno pulls, I question why the hell would I want this power adder??? I also would question why put so much effort into a video without a "money shot" ;) . Dropping the ball, is putting it nicely.

The install on this is complete crap compared to the procharger kit. Everyday Maintenance on this type of setup becomes a total nightmare on the simplest of jobs... Smh
To much cutting and adding additional clamps an hoses. I just think it’s to many add ones to go wrong or fail over time. Too much work in my opinion. I rather go with a Whipple or Roush.

with the Roush you literally have to cut parts of the aluminium engine off. This install is significantly less invasive.
