I have a template, so you know what I’ll be making next.!! I loved seeing all the beautiful old sewing machines.!! That was a real treat.! Take care my dear friend. Karon
Karon so lovely to see you, thank you so much for your lovely words. I seem to remember I had a metal template too and the greetings cards went inside when I was paper piecing the hexigons ( it was quite a while ago though ) I will be adding some of the lovely yarn you sent to my boho tin thank you so much ) Happy sewing 🧵
I think hexies are going on my list ...I love how that one you painted looked like a flower it came out so nice...I think the hexies would be so cute put on a Christmas tree...when you pulled out your Cadbury tin It brought back memories when I went to the Cadbury factory in England I was so chocolate out that day...we bought so many different kinds at their store ...ones we dont have here in the US...

Oh, how cute - hexie puffs! Love them and also your painted flower one and the buttons - the outlines really make a difference, don’t they?! Love how you attached the ladybug shank button with a safety pin. Oh my, another Colin! 😂 How lovely to see all those wonderful, old sewing machines! Yummy chocolate cake and sweet memories of Sam as a toddler… 🤗 You might want to put in a call to The Repair Shop for Flo’s teapot… 🤣
Cat thank you so much, I love using a pin for the buttons, a pin seems so quirky and industrial. I got inspiration for Kimberly 557, she sent me a heart of love with one attached.
Oh we found another Colin ! Each of the sewing machines could tell us a story or two couldn’t they. Have a creative week Cat 🩵☕️
Oh reviewing the chat, I laughed when you said you would put a picture of a coffee cup as a design on my tea pot !! ☕️
Yes, it’s definitely quirky and so cute to use a pin!🧷 LOL, I’m glad you enjoyed my silly comment. 🤪 After enjoying the peaches in my oatmeal for a few days, I started craving some peach cobbler, which I haven’t made in years. So I made it yesterday and it was heavenly! 😋🍑
Oh how absolutely delicious, I haven’t made a peach one before ! I noticed in the garden the rhubarb is starting grow so it will be rhubarb crumble here again soon 🩵
How blessed we are! 🩵
Hi beautiful soul, love your hexagon puffs!!...

Karen thank you so much. Oh yes slow stitch hearts, I always go back to them, they are so relaxing and comforting to create. 🧵 Happy sewing
Hello Janet ❤️
I just loved your video!!!
I haven’t done any slow stitching in a while. I need to finish up the second circle I had started. I’m decorating it now so it’s just about done. I haven’t watched any sewing videos for a bit, but love yours the best. They’re almost magical. They’re mesmerizing and so very relaxing. I love your hexagons. They turned out so pretty.! I have a template, so you know what I’ll be making next.!! I loved seeing all the beautiful old sewing machines.!! That was a real treat.! Take care my dear friend. Karon
Karon so lovely to see you, thank you so much for your lovely words. I seem to remember I had a metal template too and the greetings cards went inside when I was paper piecing the hexigons ( it was quite a while ago though )
I will be adding some of the lovely yarn you sent to my boho tin thank you so much ) Happy sewing 🧵

Linda oh wouldn’t the hexi painted red look like a poinsettia for the Christmas tree ?
Oh we loved Cadbury’s world such fun, we stayed in the historical village of Bournville such an interesting place, love a bit of social history. Cadbury’s is my favourite. Happy sewing 🧵

Janet do you know what model your serviceman Colin said your Singer sewing machine was by any chance please?
Deborah hi there, how are you ? She is a Singer 99k (EM948871) she is a beauty, it is an honour to take care of her. 🕯️
Oh I have got confused, the model I gave you here is for Seraphina. I think you mean the Singer for Aunty Jennifer, let me just get you that model number
It is the Featherweight 222K
