Just an opinion, but I feel like it needs a clasp or closure of some kind and also some rigidity to the front and back that doesn’t rely on the field notes cover for the structure.
Anyway, not hating - just saying.
That being said, your setup is sweet. The tool holder and your organization and lighting is spot on and creates a sense of calm.
