You gain strength by physically building more muscle cells which also increases in size. But you can also build size by increasing the volume of individual cells. To be fair, whilst bigger does generally mean stronger, it’s actually not the case in real life as well. Strength and Size can actually be trained differently...
You gain strength by physically building more muscle cells which also increases in size. But you can also build size by increasing the volume of individual cells.
So it can basically be that Saitama has lots of muscle cells but the volume of each cell is so small that he looks normal when he’s strong 😂
