I love how Home Free is willing to use their platform and celebrity to speak out on real issues. Yet one more reason to respect this amazing group! ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️
I remember Rob being in the live chat for the premiere of this one. There were quite a few hate comments directed at Tim and his message. Rob was really surprised that a message about kindness would fuel such hateful remarks.
@Milo M the only reason anyone would be upset is if they had guilt and were triggered or just plain ignorance! I heard they lost a lot of followers after the release....it truly is a song of love, kindness & acceptance! Songs like this make us love & respect them even more! ✌️🤗

@Milo M 💯 agreed! Dawg & I had this discussion last night! The energy was amazing at their show and it makes sense why! I typically have problems being around large crowds because my energy gets zapped! I was energized at the show! We love you already! 🤗

So good to hear you pin your colours to the mast of Home Free's message in this one, which I've loved since it came out. It absolutely defeats me how anyone can object to it. As Austin says, we all bleed blood.
Chance really comes into his own here - his voice is at the same time comforting and challenging. Gospel Rob makes a wonderful contribution too.
I'm with Paul on liking the dark and how necessary it is to the light! This is one of the deeply serious songs that have really pushed HF's reputation and show that you can be country without singing about trucks all the time! It seems strange that Chris Rupp didn't want the band to go down this road.

I love this one. It really is so powerful, esp the way they did the video and arranged the song. It kinda slaps you in the face right from the first foot stomp like, "Hey! Listen up!" Every time I read a negative comment on this video, from anyone, I always feel "they need to hear it the most".

Knew you guys would love this one. Congrats on 1k! Definitely agree on checking out Story Time with Tim-Westboro Baptist Church and the Ring of Fire Kiss. Has a lot of Austin input, more than the average Story Time, and the interplay between them is just perfect. Plus, who doesn't love to hear RoF over and over, anyway?

I remember this coming out not long after the George Floyd killing.
All I could think was WOW ....good for Home Free. It was rather brave of them and made me absolutely LOVE this group of men.

I rarely play the comparison game with music, BUT the original of this one always fell flat to me, Home Free's version is powerful and commanding, love it! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences!

The Westboro Church and Home Free is covered in three videos. First Story Time with Tim Westboro, then Patreon party, Little Red Riding Hood and finally Patreon party , Ring of Fire Kiss. In the first one Tim threatened Westboro that he would kiss a dude to piss them off and in the last clip he follows through with it .

It does seem a strange comment, when one of the verses more or less says "I don't care what your religion is, you still count." Not sure how anyone can object to that. I'm with you on this, that anyone who takes issue with a message of love, inclusion and kindness is not my type of person.

The first time I heard this song I didn’t really listen to the words closely enough and thought what in the hell are they singing?
Had to watch it several times before I finally got it. Anyone who is offended doesn’t understand the song.
I find it to not be so much about politics as it is about humanity. That’s where some forget that people have the same problems no matter who they are. Does it help to pray? Absolutely! This song is a reminder that no matter who we are or what we represent, we all live on the same planet. Remember that what we portray on the outside isn’t necessarily who we are on the inside. This is a great video with an even better message. Thanks for posting this one.
@Cynthia Miller 💯 agree...it isn't about politics unless people allow them to judge and criticize others because of their viewpoints...we are the type of people who don't care who you vote for or if you vote...we don't care who you pray to or if you pray...it's very simple...treat others the way you wish to be treated...no judgment about anything....our bodies are just shells that incase who we really are in our hearts and souls. 🤗

I mean, what can I say that you and the other commenters haven't - such an awesome choice of song and music, and I have so much respect for them for choosing to release it, and to continue to sing it live. But I heard you mention my name when it comes to background details... so have another long comment. 🙂
This was still a quarantine video - in fact, it's the first one you see Tim with his hair short, which is somehow very appropriate. Rob, Adam and Chance filmed around their homes, while Tim, Austin and some of the faces were in a park in Nashville. (The bright colours behind Tim is grafitti in an underpass.)
The other faces were filmed by Jimmy Bates in Oregon. There are some familiar people, including Austin's friend and collaborator Steven Martinez and some friends of Jimmy's that you see in some of his other videos, but I don't think there were any Fries/Patrons included in this one.

I have watched a several of your videos. I have been a huge HF fan since finding them on UA-cam in Feb 2016 while recovering from rotator cuff surgery. I binged on their music! I check every morning for HF reactions, by searching Home Free Reaction and then filter by upload date….the most recent is always first. I listen to most, if not all reactions posted since the previous day. I have found over time that there are reactors I don’t care for a variety of reasons…their foul language, their video/audio quality, a heavy accent that I just can’t understand (not their fault, but I want to understand what is being said), the overall attitude or “mood” of said reactor. Anyway for those reasons and others, I do not/cannot subscribe to everyone channel that reacts to HF. Hope that makes sense. I appreciate your videos.
