Another losing day… from now on if there is news in the 3rd hour I’m waiting all the way until the third hour… from now I’m going to assume they’ll weight until the third hour to act officially… I would have made money on UJ but I got in too early.

At 6:30 am this morning New York time, Gold was sitting at the low of the previous day and the low of the week in a long term Bull market. US market opens, BOOM! To the upside. Made $5,300 off one contract. I started by buy three.

Hi Stacey. WTI, i assumed trapped volume below initial balance of TUE low, THU HH on the inside for a long in NY. Any thoughts on how i can rectify my approach?
My solution: The weakness in volume trap assumption is it misreads range expansion opportunities. So unless they jam at the extremes or a parabolic coil with HH, I am not taking a reversal trade.

Got the USDCHF trade up high and set the tp at the previous low, to see a 9,5R trade going in reverse just a gasp to my tp...gut wrenching.
How long were in the trade Witte?
@StaceyBurkeTrading 1 day and 3 hours. Put stop-loss at break - even after 3R so avoided that spike back into the trade. Played by my own rules, so i guess that's part of doing business, but the slowing momentum was a warning sign after that initial drop....2,3 pips away, lol🤦♂️

What exactly you mean by universal entry criteria?
5 min charts, wait for a close above/below the EMA 20 (depending if you long/short), inside a session (Asia, Lo, NY), a dump&pump or pump/dump just before (depending if you long/short), a pin bar, a reversal pattern (M, W, H&S), engulfment of such pattern and then pray your God that you did your analysis right and you got the setup thesis correctly.
Best trade setup is a matter of opinion ....if there was a universal best trade setup then everybody would know it by now and be winning ....Probabilities are your best bet along with risk management ...just my opinion

No he doesn’t. To be fair, it’s not needed…. I back test and just watch this stuff on your charts. It works… once I saw it… there was no going back. This stuff is a legit system. That goes back to the 1920-1990. This stuff has been around forever!!! Stacey just made it simple…. Once we get this it’s nothing but free cash forever.

Without even going into as much detail as Stacey does I do find this is simplicity in it's purest form pick any pair watch gow price behaves at the previous days LOD and HOD a very high percentage of the time price will retest either of those so simple
