I have a question.. I accidentally broke off the yellow leaf that the oil dip stick goes into (heading towards the engine) is that fixable?

Yes, the dipstick tube and the dipstick is replaceable.

Every 30k miles, but it you should check it occasionally and replace if needed.

1998-2000 is the B5 and 2001-2005 is the B5.5
Yes, this car in the video has the same engine as your car. Your car is a B5.5
