The legendary W126, the car that made me fall for Mercedes. I hope I get to own one in this lifetime. interior is got some really amazing sound deadening, @10:59 when u were heading to the road, it was as if the engine was put in a silent mode, Lol
I own one 1991 420 sel with 140000 miles on it and I love the car it’s fun to drive when it has no mechanical issues sometimes it feels like the idol is rough and sometimes acts fine
Sold it to a good person recently who shipped it to Poland. It’ll be getting fully restored and rebuilt there. Video is gonna come out soon. Just been very backed up on footage
I like your comments, no matter what you’ll fix it up, “even if it needs an engine “ V8 126’s are worth saving!
Every old school Benz is worth saving

Vids on this car always touch my heart because I have the same 4.2 engine in my euro SEC. Have a nice trip! this car will survive it like no problem

Where did you get the fuel distributor?
Ebay
Hope this car will be okay and you will solve the problem. I am currently trying to restore a Mercedes w124 260e from '86. Greetings from Latvia.
Very interested if the distributor cap solves the problem, I have the exact same car with the exact same problem. Keep up the good work!!

Great car that, I'm sure you'll figure that misfire out.
you can make a fortune to export them back home
What happened to this car? You never did a follow up video.

@@VITOSGARAGE is that where you from, Poland? I hear an accent and wasn't sure. I love your enthusiasm and mechanical skills. Cheers
i like getting the broken ones they are so much cheaper
I like when people get broken ones and put love to them and give them new lives
@@VITOSGARAGE me too
Your distributor cap may be your misfire problem. It would be great if the cap replacement solves the problem
I had a 300TE with a misfire and it turned out to be the distributor cap too. Once changed, it was smooth as silk again.
