    Here is the problem that is not talked about in this video... The definition of cleaning and what has to be explained in any policy is to remove the debris first. Your remove the debris form the surface before disinfecting or the use of any chemical. This should be any surface 101... The disinfectant is only good once you apply after the surface is free of debris. Also all disinfectants have a dwell time. Depending on what cleaner you use, (industrial or over the counter) there is a dwell time. This is the time you have to leave the surface saturated with the product you are using before any is killed. Once again a terrible presentation and misleading information.

      The cleaning step was done prior to the ATP test of 30. IE: He mentioned and showed you the red microfiber that has visible soil on it. It is understood that there is DWELL time, however, if you moved the ATP from a 30 to a 4, why do you have to let it sit/dwell? Would you be able to get a better/lower number?
