I’m 23 and currently have an LLC with an active MC/ DOT for interstate transportation with a 26ft box truck which I own, the market got very saturated with low rates and high fuel cost so I was looking into the pallet business since my are is an industrial one with lots of warehouses. Man this is great video about building a team to do all busy work w your on appts in the field. Definitely interested in any help like this to help open my brain to think as such. I don’t know where you got your calculations bud but 1,200x9=10,800 NOT 13,800..the only way your gonna make 13,800 is if your selling them at 11.50 a pallet. But I see your point, your making good money either way
I wouldn't get too caught up on a mistake. People make mistakes all the time when it comes to calculation, he spent 40 plus minutes explaining his business model for free. Don't start kicking tires.

Hi Mike, we been doing this 2 years. And I'm definitely interested in locking in a system of locking in a contract of having buyers weekly, daily. I wonna be able to pick up a companies pallets for free instead of paying for them and then trying to go sell them because right now they are not selling for much. Not in Ga. How do you find a higher buyer for the pallets and a company willing to let you come get them for free?

Man so much more then just phone calls. You need a sales strategy. CRM. Make notes. Email them. Text them back etc.

What types of places are you finding to be your best buyers of pallets? I am new to this game in Pennsylvania and having a hard time locating buyers… Plenty of supply but nowhere to sell them.
You can sell them to grocery stores and wine/beverages businesses. They usually buy pallets in bulk.
