I was Auston's biggest critic at 1st and as time has gone by, I have to bow down and show my respect and apologize! He has been 100% Right about almost everything he has said from the get go, we were just pushing back because that was what we were used to being in the norm. As a Kenyan guy who lives in the DC area, I truly appreciate your videos about Nairobi. I lived there for 10 years and I visit every year in December. Everything that you say is so on-point and completely true. The idea of raising prices for foreigners is common. I get the same treatment the moment I say I live in the US, even though I speak just like any other Kenyan, so I never mention it. I just act like a local. My advice is always to ask a trusted local friend to bargain for you.

Thank you Auston. Many AA men are overlooking African women. We are loving, caring, submissive, warm. But they shy away from us because of cultural differences, our accent etc. These are insignificant things. If you find an African woman that LOVES you, "YOU", that loves you and gives your your peace, go with her. If she has to repeat a word twice before you understand what she's saying, then so be it. Small price to pay. Real love is hard to find. If it finds you, don't let it go

Racially motivated official murder of Black People in the United States by primarily White Police Officers who murder Black People on a regular basis under the guise of self defense, fear or mistake. The general racism alone isn't as horrible as the use of their White Police Officers to murder Black People on a regular basis. That's what I meant based on personal experience living over there, and this is why I now live right here in Africa.

This guy is not lying the huge factor that annoyed me about modern day American women is that 90/10 bull shyt. Like the vast majority of women chase that same guy that every other woman wants to talk to. And it leaves average men with left overs most of the time. Add that with feminism I can get what I want I am strong independent attitude that shyt annoying. As a man I don’t need an aggressive woman telling me the exact opposite of what I am looking for. Don’t get me wrong the concept I am all for feminism, woman should feel empowered but not this toxicity that has comes with it. As a man with a college degree I can careless whether you work at MCDs or a doctor. Love isn’t about money if that’s what you think it is you’re in a relationship for the wrong reasons. What I look for is a humble woman that can nurture my kids in a loving caring environment.

@ Zambia is basically controlled by the Chinese. It is as diverse as Kenya. Kenya has a diverse set of investors. If I were tin invest in rental property in Kenya, I can expect at least an 80% occupancy rate with average stay of 18 months on a rental property. I do not have to be in Kenya to manage the property. Even though Kenya pays out a huge chunk of GDP for debt, the are making considerable investments in infrastructure and manufacturing. I would not recommend individuals investment in Zambia because of the lack of diverse investments. If the Kenya shillings were to further devalue, the price for the value offered in Kenya will be able to absorb most of the devaluation. Zambia is dominated by Chinese investors which not save to put most of you eggs in one basket. In Namibia, the resources are there. Who is benefiting? It is not as effervescent as Kenya. Rwanda is clean, safe, and pleasing to the eyes. The people there are given pride in the country by their leader. Beyond that, they are climbing out of a dark hole. Botswana with its huge diamond reserves and nature reserves are to be proud of, but its HIV rate is one to be aware of. As of 2023, Botswana HIV rate is 20.68% compared to Kenya’s 3.7% in 2022. Moreover, Botswana needs to improve on the dry, boring image. Yes, it is obvious that parties and mingling goes on there, but the image is appealing only a once in a lifetime visit to it nature conservatives. Botswana do have one of the best health care systems in Africa. Thanks to its government investment in healthcare. Kenya has nature and it has the Indian Ocean coast line. Moreover, Kenya location in East Africa is valuable for connecting flights around Africa. Kenya has is weakness like most African countries - corrupted, dishonest, disingenuous politicians, but the people have a means to express their gripes with some degree retribution.
