Helipad right in the middle of dense residential area? Theres not enough clearance between the neighbours. How did they get the permit ? Very inconsiderate for the owners and subdivsion management to allow this. I wont be investing in that area..

It's a private residential area packed with full on security and full of very financially stable people which means you can't enter the neighborhood if you are not from the area *they even scan your vehicle top to bottom* and to top your logic, everyone is financially stable in the area, there is absolutely no fucking reason a neighbor would steal because they are more or less in the same situation if you are living there.
