They should further expand on song mode by applying things like generative sequencing, global p-locks, “reverse pattern”, skip steps, global swing adjustments, and all that kind of stuff from the song mode menu view:
One of the best DT Tutorials i found on YT! HQ-video, your way to explain (that a dummy like me understand it directly) and also your sound selection is dope man! Keep this work up! Thx a lot! ❤
UNREALLLLLL....Just have gotten sooo much from this series. I was a total Noob, as in no knowedge at all. This batch of tutorials is essencial GOTO for anyone new to the Digitakt. I still have a long way to go but feel so appreciative for this whole series so far....cheers again
The last column (with the litle speaker icon) is superimportant - after highlighting and pressing YES it allows you set which tracks are muted/unmuted in Your current row
You'd have to record it to your DAW. So basically play it through while recording. There's a video on setting it up with Logic - I'm assuming Ableton is similar. You can actually record it as a multi track... One of the best features of the Digitakt IMO.
@@braintree56 thx 🙏🏾 for responding. I dont use a DAW at all so thats really sad that they would make a standalone device- thats still dependent on a computer 💻 😮💨😢
@@IMakeBeats There are other recording devices you could use, but yeah, you would definitely need some type of recording unit to capture the audio... You could record into Audacity - it's free.
hello Good morning, Do you know if it is possible in song or chain mode to use reverb, delay and LFO on all patterns and not pattern by pattern ? Thanks

Great tip! Thanks for pointing that out.
Thanks, but I'd love to know how to get to the "Chain" page before beginning, lmao.
after you’ve created the song is it saved as a wave file? If not how do u get the finished song out of the Digitakt? 🤔

I haven't tried it but I'm sure you could just plug in a zoom recorder or similar and press record.
nice !
Thanks!
hello Good morning,
Do you know if it is possible in song or chain mode to use reverb, delay and LFO on all patterns and not pattern by pattern ? Thanks
I don't think there's a way to set the Effect to impact all patterns... Unfortunately, I think you'd have to go in and program them all separately.
What is the quickest way to get from one song to another during performance? There are seem to be too many buttons I need to press to go to next song
I think the fastest way is to push the Song Mode button (three dots) and then press "Yes".
