That's crazy because I've seriously been considering getting my family out of this place. Would you like to trade? 🤪
I'm planning on moving to Alburquerque within the month of July. Don't want to deal with LA traffic anymore after being spoiled by working from home. What neighborhoods should I watch out for that is pretty bad in crime? Also, are apartments priced between 600-700 too good to be true?
Just like any city, you pay for what you get! We've seen renters enjoy the west side of town or the Northeast heights so far! I hope this helps. What brings you to ABQ?
@@AllAboutABQ This is good advice. Friends have recommended to avoid the war zone area so making sure to do that. My goal is to find a cheap apartment in a safe area as I find new employment. I have saved a bit of money to be able to do this but don't want to drain my funds as I look for employment. Once I find something, then planning on purchasing a home. I'm a military veteran so I am hoping to use my VA loan finally. I have visited ABQ before and I really enjoyed my time there. Feel like it can be somewhere I can settle, have a home finally and live out the rest of my life lol.
July is my start date
Watch to the end for a quick DID YOU KNOW about ABQ!👾👾🚨
Is it true that there is high rate of auto theft in Albuquerque? 😔
It’s 100% true! Park in a garage 😃
Thank you.
What about best neighborhoods in Rio Rancho?
We love Cabezon and Loma Colorado in Rio Rancho! Where is home for you now, Leticia? 🏠
So hard finding a reliable agent .. all the agents I spoke to were extra not available
Oh no! What’s the reason?
Skip! I need help finding a nice rental that allows one small dog.
There are plenty available! What part of town do you need to be in? 😎
@@AllAboutABQ
Truthfully, I'd be happy anywhere, but since I'll be an area manager for many stores throughout Albuquerque, Santa Fe, etc., ease of access to the interstate would be ideal.
@@j.chappel1160 JC, lets get you into a new home purchase! That way you can have as many 🐶🐕🦺🐩🐕 in the house as you'd like!
All of these places are at least 10 times more than I want to pay. Some are 100 times as expensive. How expensive is Coralles or Timers?
Hi Greg, Corrales is comparable to the North Valley with a median home price of $850k! But we're happy to show you homes in any price point you'd like 🎄❄
Good work. We cannot move quite yet.
Corrales is very expensive
@@cristalcrystal2487 Like Placitas but flat.
Greg Albuquerque is not cheap. A decent neighborhood it starts on the 300. Corrales , placitas. RIO Rancho over 500
Is there a nice place in ABQ that has 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom and has rent from 700-800$?
Yes, there are plenty of places available! Where is home for you currently? 🏡
@@AllAboutABQ well i live in Santa Rosa and i wanted to move to Albuquerque
@@nexkzo Come on out! We're excited to have you in ABQ
Don’t forget about the war zone
Not a safe place for poor people to much drugs, guns, trafficking
Agreed, Papi.
America comes with guns and it all depends on you and how you'd like to use your rights. Research is your best tool.
Abq must be better than las Vegas
That city is going down hill and is turning in to a Californian suburb im looking at moving to ABL or San Antonio
Vegas has become
3rd most expensive gas
high crime
homelessness
Stupid crazy house prices
Bad democrat govenor
Over crowded
Stupid lock down restrictions on business
High insureance
High vechicle registrations
Bad driving
Full of ex Californians
Worst schools in the USA
Whether is getting in the 120s regularly for 3 months of the year
Resulting air con bills are sky rocketing
Bad water
Economy is only based on tourisum so if the is any kind of recession vegas is the first to fall
Also
I was personally attack by a 28 year old thug just because I looked at him in a store
So I want out of this city that been ruined by Democrat rule
We'd be happy to have you in ABQ!
Lol 98% of the stuff you listed is happening in ABQ.. You’ll be better off in El Paso.. We both share the same concerns..
Welcome to ABQ
