you're not allowed to stay any longer after your studies. You would have to get another school to provide you with visa or if you're fortunate which rare, you can get a company to hire you and get you a visa. China is very different from Europe, Canada and America.

Depends on your major. But in China, work after studies is not guaranteed. Its almost impossible.
