I have watched hundreds tutorials about Skoolie Conversions and I kid you not. Yours is the absolute the best Conversion I've seen on You Tube. Pay yourself on the Back. What an Outstanding Job you did. Thank You for Sharing your Talent with the World. I even saved it so I could watch it again and again. Just Stunning. Thank You.
My ONLY critique is the master bed being sideways. Climbing over someone to use the crapper at night sucks. But that's just my 2 cents. Fantastic conversion, yall! I love it!
I Loved the Floor Plan....This is the Perfect floor plan for me and my children....I am a single father of 2 amazing kids. 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter.
My favorite build pertaining to the amount of storage. LOVE IT! Just not a fan of the living room/ master bedroom combo?? IDK? I guess it's because I'm an empty nester now after raising 3 and I just know how important privacy will be for mom and dad in such a confined space. But this is your home not mine and I really do love it 😁 Great Job! May you all make many wonderful memories in it 😊 Safe travels and God Bless you all.
Absolutely amazing... & absolutely stunning I love it well done, I would live in this beautiful family home, like I've said before I wish that we did this with our three children, well done, hope you're family & yourself make Lot's of fabulous fun lovely memories, sending love, health & happiness from Manchester England xxx
sweet. another Pac Northwest washingtonian. Southeast here, getting ready to hit the road for full time vanning. love the build. really impressive work.
Congrats on your interior design...its absolutely BRILLIANT! You made very logical choices with the limited amount of space you had to work with... VERY WELL DONE!!
Nice wood work and curtains Awesome master bedroom Bamboo floor I'm going to use that in my build Nice storage area Won't work in my build I'm putting a rv toy fold down gate
That desk would be awesome in a small bedroom to save space. Love that! And that kitchen area!!! So genius! Oh my goodness...love those shower doors and the fact the "water closet" is separate. I have to say, you planned this out perfectly. Great job
The wood work and cabinetry is some of the best work and looks that I've ever seen. It is positioned so strategically and well thought out that professional RV companies could not match. So well done on all your work, I love it!!
First thing that hit me was all the cabinets over the driver area. The second was the kitchen. WOW it’s amazing.!! It is as big as some home kitchens. Especially all that counter space and cabinets. Then a bathtub and shower!! And all the storage under the bunks. And smart move raising the master bed. And having a living space under it. The only thing I would change is the booth. I never have liked fixed booths. You would have more room if you had a removable table and chairs. Or have one of those tall kitchen tables with foldable stools. Then the you could use the table for extra cabinet space if need be. And I love ❤️ your outside colors of the outside.!! An absolutely great job. AMAZING ‼️ Hope to see more after you have moved in. Have Fun Be Safe 💚
Brilliant!!! Great design for the family. There's only so much you can do with a small space but I can appreciate the way you incorporated your own unique design elements into the layout. Great job.
Great work ... Just makes me want to start a project like it. Unlike most other projects that are half assed, this is done properly! great woodwork ...
Amazing! I finally found a skoolie layout that is almost exactly how I'm planning mine! I want to do a similar floor plan to yours but with a few more bunks. I'm planning on living out of it as my home but I want it to serve as a tour bus too. Do you have a work log on a personal blog or a forum that can give me a more in depth look at how you made this?
Very nice James, you did a great job on the woodwork and fantastic on the many cabinets and storage. Most people don't put near the cabinets as you, and if I would do one, that would be my prior item.
Great work and great Skoolie 👍raising the roof is giving more space, that‘s cool, unfortunately not allowed for m. Skoolie in Germany Best wishes Wolfgang
Oh my Lord...how beautifully designed. I love your home. The storage is amazing! I cant stop watching this video. I am so impressed. Great work. Safe travels guys. God bless. Namaste.
Great job.....raising the roof really gives it a home like feel instead of a crouched down close quarters look . Like all the other conversion vids on here.Hope to see some adventures in driving. Only one thing to do is a camera for the rear views
I've been watching tiny home and van/bus conversions for many months now and this is by far the nicest ones I've seen. I don't know anything about propane or window placement, but he did mention his error in cutting holes for the windows after painting rather than before, so adding a window or two later shouldn't be a problem I wouldn't think. I would definitely get a propane alarm as someone said. I don't know about propane storage though. As far as I'm concerned, I think it's beautiful!! Your wife must love all that storage. Thanks for sharing and safe and happy travelling.
This is the best bus conversion I have seen yet. The amount of storage in your bus is awesome. My grandson is wanting to convert a bus so I will show him your video. God bless you and have safe travels.
found this conversion interesting. nice cabinetry all round and in the bunkbed area. For me, it was too enclosed and lacked light. I would want a small window in the loo, and an emergency exit at rear. I felt the window panel in the main door would not give enough visibility to be legal. With a big rig, you want all the line of sight you can get, especially in built up areas. And for such a long Skoolie, it lacked openness for ad hoc entertaining or adults kicking back but not watching TV. Hope you've all been enjoying the experience but see there are no updates.
For all of you who think this is awesome, here are some considerations, I'd be interested to know what kind of mileage with ALL THAT WEIGHT. Plywood is NOT light and neither is ALL the stuff they plan to store in all that storage space. Someone else mentioned . . . emergency exits (particularly w/children)? The windows in the back bedroom, maybe? I have lived in an old house trailer for the past 18 years and LOVE it. It is NOT a recreational trailer, however, but I DO understand the reasons for lighter weight and downsizing. I do not find this skoolie to be as awesome as everyone else because IF the owner (he apparently neither reads nor responds to this one video's comments) plans to travel, while he'll be getting good mileage for a HOUSE, he won't be getting good mileage for a vehicle. If he's keeping property, he'll still need to pay for that (taxes or rent). The family will grow (bigger) and likely get on each others nerves rather quickly. Parents having sex in the room next to the kids with only a privacy door? Either their kids will know everything or they'll have to be really quiet. Black water for FOUR? How does he plan to deal with that?
Lynn Lobliner parents have been screwing in the room next to their children since humans have existed. it's not a big deal I'm sure they won't be screaming but what parents who live in an average small house or apartment would ?
That is an absolutely beautiful bus! I love all the hard wood. It looks very well finished off. My hat is off to you. The color scheme is great. I wish I could have seen the a documentary of the beast coming together. You did an amazing job.
Wow, you guys did a fantastic conversion!! What a wonderful life the kiddos are going to have! So many great adventures, while having a beautiful home to live in! Great job, you should be so proud!
This is an amazing build, too much cabinetry for my taste, but it looks awesome. The workmanship is the best I have seen. Beautiful Skoolie. Thanks for sharing
I agree with a lot of the post that this is the best one I have seen. Very well planned out. Making the roof taller is excellent. I could easily live full time in this one. Maybe you could put out a video on how you constructed it.
I thought this comment might have been exaggerating but nope, this really is a combination of every good schoolie idea I've seen combined into one. All it needs is a pop-out in the dining area to increase the space and it would be perfect.
Very nice build. My questions are: Is there an escape door that is easily accessed? Are there seat belts for children when driving? Other than that what an amazing build. Your craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Video was posted a couple years ago so I would imagine by now your family has had many wonderful travels. I think many of us would greatly appreciate updates. Wish you all much happiness.
I love the color of your choice and lots of storage which I really like since I have 5 kids and the wood floors. One thing I just not quite like is the master bedroom though, I like my room to feel more cozy and comfortable . No need extra chair or couch for my room . But over all I love all the details and the color you pick . Soon we will be and RV'r here too until our house building will be fully done :) I love to experience the life as an RV living:)
man this looks better than most RVs ive been in.. the kids beds is def one of the best features on this that you dont see anywhere else. good stuff. Dying to know how much this all cost. I would love to do this.
Great job dude! Really...one of the best designed & executed conversions I've seen. Kudo's. May you & your family enjoy the journey wherever you may roam!
The cabinetry is amazing. So well designed. I only saw one thing that I would like to change if it were mine. A small window in the loo. I'm a little claustrophobic.
Beautiful conversion. First skoolie I've ever seen with a dishwasher. The cabinetry is spectacular. You do need something other than wood to support your propane tanks, however. That looks dangerous in many ways. Congratulations on a fine job.
One can always do what the Brits do in England. Build a metal box with a door seal and a direct 2" vent pipe down through the floor. Propane is heavier than air and it will 'fall out' of the cabinet if there is a leak. It would be best to install a Propane leak detector/alarm in this compartment as well as a smoke detector. They are cheap insurance.
The problem comes in the form of another motorist hitting you in the side and the tanks exploding and killing everyone involved. All School buses have heavy duty cages built around the the fuel holding areas after several buses burnt in accidents and killed many children.
You have done the best work for sure. So nice and clever. Good to use the back for a livingroom and master bedroom. Ths makes the space even bigger. You can be all people inside without feeling cramped. very very good. Enjoy your space and ways
very nicely done but the fluid tanks should always be between the axles not behind the rear axle. I recommend driving with either a full or completely empty water tank due to sloshing issues especially with the long overhang out back and with you wanting to tow a vehicle behind. very well done. have fun!!!
James I love this layout, and I am overwhelmed at the size of the kitchen. Tons of storage for everything. Fantastic work.
I have watched hundreds tutorials about Skoolie Conversions and I kid you not. Yours is the absolute the best Conversion I've seen on You Tube. Pay yourself on the Back. one of the best I've seen.

Fantastic conversion, yall! I love it!
You need to check out expedition happiness!
why?
I Loved the Floor Plan....This is the Perfect floor plan for me and my children....I am a single father of 2 amazing kids.
7 year old son and 5 year old daughter.
That is one of the best i had seen in a while. Love all the cabinets an the colors. Just perfect great job.
100% nicest most logical yet for sure
First word out of my mouth: WOW!!!
Great job. Just picked up some ideas for my future conversion.
Your bus is the best looking conversion i saw so far. woodwork looks amazing
Beautiful conversion! Enjoy your labor. 👍😊
I particularly like that the master bedroom is also a living room. Much better space utilization that way.
You did a Great Job!!!
Simply Outstanding!!!☺
Happy trails. God Bless you and your Family.
Hello Louie, how are you
My favorite build pertaining to the amount of storage. LOVE IT! Just not a fan of the living room/ master bedroom combo?? IDK? I guess it's because I'm an empty nester now after raising 3 and I just know how important privacy will be for mom and dad in such a confined space. But this is your home not mine and I really do love it 😁 Great Job! May you all make many wonderful memories in it 😊
Safe travels and God Bless you all.
Made in Michigan 67 I agree. I think the bathroom/shower should be between the master bedroom and the kids.
Perfect!!! Love the bedroom/living area!!! Can't wait to see it after you're moved in and decorated. 😊😊😊
Hello beautiful,can I ask you a question
I’m digging your skoolie. Superb job done! Enjoy living on the go... and keep us you tubers updated on the adventurous road ahead .

Nice wood work and curtains
Awesome master bedroom
Bamboo floor I'm going to use that in my build
Nice storage area
Won't work in my build I'm putting a rv toy fold down gate
I really love this layout, compact and well organized!
Hello Pamala
That desk would be awesome in a small bedroom to save space. Love that! And that kitchen area!!! So genius! Oh my goodness...love those shower doors and the fact the "water closet" is separate. I have to say, you planned this out perfectly. Great job
Amazing Skoolie conversion. A lot of great ideas for my 2017-18 Skoolie Cruizing. Storage is so important when you are traveling.
Fantastic conversations. A lot of storage for a bus. Love it!
The wood work and cabinetry is some of the best work and looks that I've ever seen. It is positioned so strategically and well thought out that professional RV companies could not match. So well done on all your work, I love it!!
Awesome! One of the nicest and most innovative builds I've seen. So smart to have the couch in back!
Hello Rebecca
simple, clean.....both bedrooms are so smart!!! Beautiful finishing and wonderful layout!

Beautiful. Very homey and comfortable looking. Well planned out. One of the best jobs I've seen.
wow, this is definitely the best bus conversion and most well thought out that I have seen so far. great job!
Wow! Beautiful layout and great use of space with the couch in the master bedroom.
Very nice work!! There is tons of storage in there....awesome!!
A very nice, neat job on the interior. The steps to the bunks are genius.
Great work ... Just makes me want to start a project like it. Unlike most other projects that are half assed, this is done properly! great woodwork ...

Very modern looking .Great job.Looks great .👌👌👌👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Well done. The best creation of storage that I've seen thus far. I know you are enjoying your home.
One of the nicest school bus conversions I have seen. Great work.
Spotlessly. sparkling clean. One of the best conversions I have ever seen. Good job.
❤❤❤❤Awesome! One of the BEST Skoolie layout I ever seen . Everything is in perfect order ❤❤❤❤
Skoolie in Germany
Best wishes
Wolfgang
Are you, good sir, by any chance a relative of the infamous Wolfgang amadeus mozart.
Oh my Lord...how beautifully designed. I love your home. The storage is amazing! I cant stop watching this video. I am so impressed. Great work. Safe travels guys. God bless. Namaste.

Hello Cathy, would you mind if I ask you a question
@@franklinwiesbrook819 Not at all.
I would love to have a good conversation with you Cathy I know you don't mind that?
Defiantly the best bus conversion I have ever seen.
Hi James Love what you did . Love the wood everywhere. looks great. Safe Journy's.
This is the best bus conversion I have seen yet. The amount of storage in your bus is awesome. My grandson is wanting to convert a bus so I will show him your video. God bless you and have safe travels.
Very nice, looks like it's all your own plan and build, gotta love the way it turned out.
wow, awesome build! lots and lots of storage. seems very well thought out. i don't think i've ever seen a conversion this great!
Never realized how many folks in Washington put out these type of vids.. Van dwelling etc.. Noticed the plates at the end. Awesome!
Wow. Excellent work. I'm saving this as the model for what to do with a bus conversion. Thank you.
Very neat and well thought out...excellent workmanship all around. Well done.
Really nice job! Storage galore! Love the living room in back. Bunks are ingenious! Fantastic job, best built out skoolie yet🔨🛠🧰
Hello Kathy, can we text a little bit if you don't mind
amazing......what a great job, wish you had photos of your build....Michael....Oregon

As an avid RVER I've seen a lot of these and this is one of the most impressive school bus conversions ever. Great job!
excellent workmanship, going to make a lot of people jealous. I really like the bunk area with all that storage and your built in shed in the back.
Wow I'm quite impressed what fantastic work you've done definitely going to subscribe and watch your channel thanks a lot .
Good job👍👍brother....you are great father and great husband...you make own your motorhome ......salute and greating from Indonesia

You sound bitter.
Lynn Lobliner parents have been screwing in the room next to their children since humans have existed. it's not a big deal I'm sure they won't be screaming but what parents who live in an average small house or apartment would ?
I'd sure love to see this thing on a scale. If those tires are 11r22.5's that rear axle is good for just under 24,000.
That is an absolutely beautiful bus! I love all the hard wood. It looks very well finished off. My hat is off to you. The color scheme is great. I wish I could have seen the a documentary of the beast coming together. You did an amazing job.

Hello Tracy, hope you don't mind us being friends okay 🌹
This is an amazing build, too much cabinetry for my taste, but it looks awesome. The workmanship is the best I have seen. Beautiful Skoolie. Thanks for sharing
This is quite a unique conversation. Very well done.
Wow!!! Super awesome conversion. I can tell a lot of hard work has been put in on your build and it is something to be proud of.
I agree with a lot of the post that this is the best one I have seen. Very well planned out. Making the roof taller is excellent. I could easily live full time in this one. Maybe you could put out a video on how you constructed it.
Awesome craftsmanship! Great conversion.
best bus conversion ive seen to date, ya real lucky mate :)
cla ire agreed amazing
I agree too!
I thought this comment might have been exaggerating but nope, this really is a combination of every good schoolie idea I've seen combined into one. All it needs is a pop-out in the dining area to increase the space and it would be perfect.
Omgosh I want it! Makes my r.v. look wimpy, Lol Y'all are amazing thanks for sharing.
cla ire I agree, this is the best use of space and comfort.
Very nice build. My questions are: Is there an escape door that is easily accessed? Are there seat belts for children when driving? Other than that what an amazing build. All I can say is WOW! Super well done Sir.

Very nice.... I am a carpenter.... and I love what you did to the interior :)
Awesome, the conversation is well planned. I loved it👍
Awesome craftsmanship! Beautiful design!
wow this is a really slick build. lots of great ideas and thought through. great job.
Wow! Beautiful, clean & roomy design ~ One of the nicest conversions I've seen ~
Beautiful Great Job , Love It , God Bless Your Family 🌷🌷🌷 ✌✌✌
man this looks better than most RVs ive been in.. the kids beds is def one of the best features on this that you dont see anywhere else. good stuff. Dying to know how much this all cost. I would love to do this.
Just beautiful. You are quite the craftsman.
Great use of space. Kitchen is super spacious. LOVE the steps for the kids beds!
Really great looking conversion! I like the photo cell idea for the front step lights, may have to wire something like that up into ours.
I love the cabinets very nice great job awesome bus
Great build. I can see you put a lot of thought into the floor plan and the mechanics.
One of the best bus conversion so far.. Nice job bro.
Great job dude! Really...one of the best designed & executed conversions I've seen. Kudo's. May you & your family enjoy the journey wherever you may roam!
wow, this is something, you did a perfect job, very nice layout, thnx
Love all the electrical connectors right under the kitchen sink! Genius idea! LOL
Great floor plan. Love all the natural wood
The cabinetry is amazing. So well designed. I only saw one thing that I would like to change if it were mine. A small window in the loo. I'm a little claustrophobic.
and for stinkies!
The space is so well-designed! Better than the big rigs from the major RV manufacturers. You could sell these.
awesome use of space and I love the trimmings.
Excellent job on the making of the bus. One of the best I have seen on youtube.
You have done the best work for sure. So nice and clever. Good to use the back for a livingroom and master bedroom. Ths makes the space even bigger. You can be all people inside without feeling cramped. very very good. Enjoy your space and ways
Really nice! I agree with others...one of the nicest I've ever seen! Thought out well...love the design and all the storage! Beautiful!😀
very nicely done but the fluid tanks should always be between the axles not behind the rear axle. I recommend driving with either a full or completely empty water tank due to sloshing issues especially with the long overhang out back and with you wanting to tow a vehicle behind. very well done. have fun!!!
