Eruption-ish Improv (Try #1)

Converting the tapping section of Eruption (The Mighty EVH) to RO.
This works better with tremolo than with a preluding pattern -- the flutter of the tremolo closer mimics the flutter of the 2-handed tapping than p-i-m-a patterns :)
Going to collate all the other tapping sections from all the VH records and arrange them into a single improv plan lead sheet.
