That sounds a lot like a place we go to called Biscuit World. I don't know if you have ever been there but most locations are in West Virginia. That place looked really good though you went to 😊
@@NCMemoryMakers yes they were packed! I had the spam biscuit wanted to have what your wife had so got the spicy chicken! They are my favorite fast food biscuit makers
Good afternoon, my husband and I both really enjoy watching your videos. We found you by watching a video on a place here at myrtle Beach. We moved here about 8 yes ago from WV and love trying new places, but there are so many. I've not seen any videos from WV. If you ever get a chance to go there, you need to visit the Beckley exhibition coal mines. You actually ride into an actual coal mines with a guide that shares a history of the mines. There is also a coal town around it that you can explore. There is also the New River Gorge Bridge. During the fall, first weekend in October (I think). They shut the bridge down on one side so you can walk across, it's a really big event. They have jumpers who jump, or are slung off the bridge to parachute. I'd recommend trying Tudors Biscuit world to eat. Always a favorite of ours when we go back.
We were at New River Gorge back in 2019, but were not doing UA-cam at that time. When we get back up that way, we will definitely make some videos. And it is interesting, because the comment above this one, also mentioned Biscuit World. I assume it is the same thing you are recommending.
Good morning Derrick & Shanase. Never been to a Biscuitville but look forward to it. On the restrooms I'd say it fixes the Trans bathroom problem we have now.
I live in Raleigh we’ve had Biscuitville for years, love it! Try their strawberry muffin when they are available, awesome! The honey bun is very good. Have a great weekend.
Hey Derrick & Shawnase, I’ve been here in Greensboro almost 3 years and I recently tried to Biscuitville. I like it, I usually get sausage & egg Biscuit but, I recently tried sausage gravy on a biscuit quick fix and also very good. I can make my own Sausage Gravy. But, for a quick fix. And their Biscuits are very good.
I actually can make my own. Eager to try a new recipe I cane across, 2 ingredients , using whipping cream! Nice looking place! Cute doggie biscuits 😋...the drink business, definitely needs attention!
I've only seen one of these so far. Down near Piney River, VA. A place that was famous to railfans in the 1960's as the home of the Virginia Blue Ridge, one of the last seam locomotive holdouts. Looks like a good place. I was tempted to stop at the one I saw. But, it had a line outside! Maybe in the future. The menu looks interesting. I doubt that we'll see these in NOVA. Not exactly a business-friendly place. I like your reviews. Keep the style coming. As a Christian, I'm glad you carry Him into your reviews. God Bless!
Thank you so much! I think Biscuitville is based out of Greensboro, NC, and that is probably why most locations are in NC. Glad to know that there are some outside of NC.
Also when ever you go to Pigeon Forge area try Blue Moose Burger and Wings. We go there twice if we go up there for a week. If you go during the late or early evening hrs expect a 1 to 2 hr wait
Biscuitville headquarters is located in Greensboro. The founders were graduates of Elon College now University . When I come to sister’s and brother in law’s I have to go to Biscuitville. My dog has a fit if we don’t go. I share the bacon 🥓 egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 biscuit. What falls out of the biscuit she gets. We have 2 now in Greenville NC. When I travel to Greenville I go for breakfast and bring an extra home 🏡
We love Biscuitville! We have it on our list to review but have never got around to it. The spicy honey chicken biscuit is what I always get. David loves the ham biscuit there. The drinks should have been fixed for you and given to you before the food came or delivered with the food. Nice review!
We were excited to try one, finally! And it is 10 miles from us! I would have sworn that you all reviewed one. I may be confused, but I thought David was recording the guy making biscuits through the window? Yeah, the drink thing was hard to figure out. Never seen it done quite like that before.
I just checked. It was actually a short, and not a full review. But I had just remembered y'all being at one. Hope you all get to review one soon. That peaches and cream soda was amazing.
I worked for them as a kid in the early 80's Their biscuits are simple, Flour Shortening and Buttermilk.. I still enjoy eating there but they are a little more hit and miss on quality these days it seems and expensive for breakfast but that part can handle. with that said, When they are at their best I think they make the best biscuit around. Always said a Biscuitville biscuit with a Chick Filet piece of chicken would be the perfect chicken biscuit.
@@NCMemoryMakers they used to make a chicken club biscuit that was probably 5 inches tall with lettuce and tomato and mayo. It was a full chicken breast filet but the one you are is probably a third or qtr the size of them before. They have the best sliced cheese ever and I like their fried egg and cheese biscuits , Their slogan used to be "Hot every 20 mins" meaning they would bag over 20 min old biscuits and sell 6 in a plastic bag for 99 cents. Their gravy biscuit is better than most and their coffee is good. They are usually very fast at the drive thru and you will see cars wrapped around the building 8-10 am on the weekends but they are fast.
We are getting one in Lancaster SC right beside Bojangles! Goodbye Biscuitville before it even opens. I wish they’d put something really good here but…you know…politics. 😢
Jus sayin’, we are a Bojangles town. 🤷🏼♂️ We don’t really eat out much anymore. Service and quality of food went down the drain at c$vid! Prices skyrocketed too. Glad y’all reviewed it and liked it tho! 😊
@ltsplace3301 We have three Bojangles in our county, and one in our town, as well. I just went there last week for some delicious chicken. This is not a knock against Bojangles. It's just that this chicken biscuit was really, really good.
The peach festival is in candor nest weekend have you ever heard of it there be vendors selling food and a whole lot more there’s a lot of stuff going on of course the peaches is the star of course you can get peach ice cream and other peach stuff and vegetables and fruit there’s a PR produce stand in biscoe that popular his daughter sells fried apples pies and other desserts and stuff you can order online look both of the peach festival and the other on line have a blessed weekend to God be the glory
Yes, they certainly do have other options, which is good. I wasn't sure how extensive their menu would be, due to not having ever been there before, and because of the name of the place. They also have English muffins
I knew y’all looked familiar, actually it is you Shawnasi, at a place that I use to work at. I no longer work there. Wish I could tell you where that was so I could tell you to be very careful if you ever go back there. They will screw you over in a heartbeat, that’s why I no longer work there. I will say if you ever go to a place and they suggest other things than what you are there for go get a second opinion…..PLEASE
