    That crazier aspect of this is when you watch his version done live in the studio with no effects, he sound pretty much the same as this.

      Id probably say the one-take is better because a lot of his vocals aren't hid or mixed behind the instrumentals

      @@sireniallyyeah the second breakdown in the one-take is wild, he goes from that super gutteral growl to a banshee high instantly. In the studio version he just goes to a mid which sounds cool but isn’t as impressive

    Hearing this live was absolutely insane. Best metal show I’ve ever been too, no questions…honestly one of the best concerts I’ve been to period. Everyone is insanely talented and bonus points for being the nicest crowd ever too!

    Well as everyone says, his one shot take, pain remains trilogy (be sure to grab the full 20 minute subtitled video on here) and of course one of wills sleep tokrn covers! And because nobody else goes as deep, how about an austin archey drum playthrough! (Into the earth!)

      I'd like to hear who you put above him, I've been into metal since the 90's, and been listening to alternative music from the 60's onwards. In this type of vocal style I'd put Will, if not, on top then at least near the top.@@getshwiftygaming447

    Will is on a whole other level when it comes to metal vocals. As another commenter said, his one take version of this song is nuts and it's damn near identical. In regards to The Charismatic Voice, they actually went to a lab together and have a video where they put a scope in his throat to see what happens and how he physically produces his vocals. Kind of a longer video, but super cool to see and he's such a cool dude.
    Hope to see y'all dig into Shrezzers soon, I know you'll like it!

      @getshwiftygaming447 6 місяців тому

      He's really not though, he's ok and the band is better live but the music is still mediocre and Will is only average as a vocalist.

      @@CrimsonxTitan no it's a realistic take lmao Will is not special at all he's just the dollar store version of Travis Ryan but inferior in every aspect. Death metal has produced far more iconic and unique sounding vocalists than Will could ever hope to imitate.

    Gotta reply to the guy at 8:06.
    I actually bought Will's course and I have learned so much from it. I have no professional music training or background, I'm just some chick from Georgia. Regardless, my screams/lows have improved a lot and I'm able to make "noises" (for lack of a better term) that I never thought I'd be able to make. You won't get it quickly; Like most things, it takes practice. But if I can learn how to do this, anyone can.

    Fabulous Reactions! This might sound weird but, "Queen" was one of the first to introduce the "Rock/Opera" genre. Now it seems we have, "Deathcore/Opera" Anyways, I come from the late 60' to Now generation. That said, I learned to listen to any vocals as first an "Instrument" his vocals are all instrumental. The more you listen, the more you understand. Peace

    As a metalhead junkie I LOVE Will's work and Lorna shore as a whole BUT. If I could recommend something it would absolutely have to be 10,000 by beyond deviation. The highs that this vocalist makes are considered banshee screams, because they're so high, they're also known as whistle screams.

    Dudes, I went to one of those haunted house festivals last month and I kept thinking how Will could easily do all the “scary” recordings! lol And he’d sound scarier, too. Or they could have just played some of their songs like this one or Into the Earth in the background 😂 Anyway, glad y’all had fun with this song!

    Everyone can learn how to scream like him. Of course you will never sound 100% like him as every single person has their own unique tone and timbre, it also can slightly differ between enounciation and the way a vocalist approaches that in their own preference. But you can certainly learn all the techniques to learn how to safely and efficiently scream with low growls, mid screams and fry screams without hurting your vocal chords or any other part of your body. Sure, you're not going to nail it in half an hour, but like all things it takes loads of practice and dedication. And after some years of dedication to practicing these breathing, support, projection and warming up exercises you can really master it.
