He was dangerous but also silly and funny, and he would sometimes help Iron-Man because he thought what the Mandarin was doing was going too far. Or to save his own neck. Which I thought was very similar to his character in Quantumania and his relationship with Kang. I would have like to have seen him a bit more disfigured and tragic. Which would have made his redemption more poignant.

I've read the lord of the rings and the Hobbit and I have an explanation. Elfs are really light creatures for example - when the fellowship was crossing caradhras, due to heavy snow humans like boromir and Aragon were waist deep in snow while Legolas was standing on top of the snow and was able to scout the way ahead before everybody to ensure a safe passage. So Legolas, being very light, can jump off of falling bricks. But the worst thing in the movie was the appearance of Legolas because he doesn't appear in the Hobbit.
