Just taken possession of G740 W through 7. Replacing old Ping eye 3, 9 through 6 irons. Clubs, shafts etc selected at a Ping fitting day. Have retained Cleveland 42, 52, 56 and 60. Second round played after 14 months absence through injury. Played long and straight! Current Handicap GA 27.5 Anticipate my handicap dropping. I see there is some criticism about the sound. Its not been something I am aware off! The only down side was the several weeks it took to receive my order (to Australia). However, I believe this was an anomaly Very happy I made the purchase and looking forward to better golf results!
They look nice I am still playing my Raptures which have served me well I personally don’t care how they look as long as they do what I need them to which is help my game
Hey bunkeredgolf, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
I find the ball flight is more penetrating with the G430's and it's a bit higher in flight with the G730's. The G730's are very forgiving and larger to the eye at address and the G430's are slightly smaller in head shape in comparison and have a slightly firmer acoustic.
I feel like Ping enjoys making ugly game improvement irons. Its almost like they try to make them as ugly as possible. Rest of their iron line up like i530 and blueprint look great. With these 730s and 430s etc, they just say f*** it.

Tried these out yesterday. Compared to my old Callaway X18s they felt like rocket launchers ❤
Beauty is in the eye of the club holder and if they work for you, they work! Mizuno and Ping have the best R&D/Engineering in the business.

Great review.
Glad you enjoyed it
How does it compare to the 430's?
I hit both and got fitted in 730s. If I had 430s already though it's not big enough difference to change to these.

4* stronger lofts will do it.

If it works, who cares?
