Question Time didn't feature enough Brexiteers, says Tory pick for BBC chairman

Richard Sharp, the Government's pick for BBC chairman, stated that whilst he did not think Brexit coverage from the BBC had been unbalanced, he thought that Question Time had featured more Remainers than Brexiteers before the vote.
One of the most notable "studies" on this issue was authored by the Institute for Economic Affairs (IEA) in January 2018. The IEA was handed a formal warning by the Charity Commission for political bias in 2019.
