I love how this foundling home would be shut down in seconds, 1 no safety windows and having small toys (the marbles) in a nursery with kids no older then maybe two years old, and babies have been left unsupervised! Even in the 50's this would be a huge problem
Who else agrees that Casper is up there with Bambi, Thumper, Rudolph, Dumbo, Toothless, Jerry Mouse, and the Main 6 from MLP for being one of the cutest animated characters of all time?
That's very good for you ! I thought about a song, you must have been a beautiful baby. You must have been a wonderful child When you were only starting to go to kindergarten I bet you drove the little boys wild ! That's amazing song. Because I learned lots of things with Looney Tunes.
La Télé en Arrière by Riad B. I learned a lot about WWII from watching all those cartoons. I like watching old movies and then recognizing stuff from the Looney Tunes. It's fun! They put a lot of references to radio shows in these old cartoons too.

Originally released in March 1951. The opening sequence, and the scenes with the guy at the mailbox, and the organ grinder and monkey, were reused in the final theatrical cartoon, "Casper's Birthday Party" (1959) {of which *95%* featured scenes from other Casper cartoons during this period, a real "cheater"}.
It’s so cute when the baby called Casper “dada” ❤
I remember this one! I have a vivid memory of the shot where Casper goes through the car.
The fact he gets so sad when people run from Him 😢
