So I wasn't sure about how I felt about the movie coming out of the theaters, I liked it but I wasn't sure I loved it like I do the others, but after listening to interviews all day with the cast, seeing them do scream Trivia and seeing how much they love the series I feel much better and it gives me a greater appreciation for what the did. I was hesitant when I heard they were making #5 causs 4 was so good and ended so perfect really. And I heard they were coming out with 5 I was like " really?" Then I saw the trailer and was like "damn it ok ill see it" saw it and loved it. It was a perfect homage to the first one and I think Wes would have been proud
Drew being killed in the first scene was an homage to the death of Janet Leigh in Psycho. Wes craven put it on steroids and it launched his franchise in such an iconic way.

I would’ve never realized that was her. It’d have been funny if as Ghostface is gonna come at her she heats up and reveals her Extremis powers and Ghostface is like “aight imma head out”.
I love the irony that Jennifer jolie (in scream 3) ask dewie if she'll survive if they stick together. She dips off while they fight ghostface and then she's being chased by herself

The first time I saw scream 5 I knew it was the boyfriend and amber because they were acting a little bit suspicious but my dad thought it was Liz and chad
I want to see the cast of scream and the cast of fear street do a game and then I want to see the cast of Control Z and the cast of rebels and the cast of Elite and the cast of motherland: fort Salem and the cast of charmed and the cast of chilling adventures of Sabrina do a game to go against each other
