Wow, you have a ton of guts, Jordan, putting this content up here! Were you ever afraid of not being allowed to stay at a hotel, or some such, because you reviewed a show poorly?
Frankly, even in this age of racial reckoning, I am fed up to the back teeth with Black Peoples' racist views about White People. Comedians of colour joke about us (White People) in ways that White People would be lynched for joking about them. It really does beggar all belief, and is disgusting. Anyone out there ever listen to Black People slam, slur, and slag off White Folks when they do NOT think that we are listening?
Putting KÀ on this list was a mistake. It might not be THE BEST show in Vegas, but it is certainly NOT one of the worst. I enjoyed it! The stage itself is a sight to behold!
I agree the stage was the best and most interesting part of KA (have seen twice). Think about it, that's really not that great of an endorsement... Worst, probably not. Especially if you get a free/discounted offer it's worthwhile, but if you're going to go out of your way to see a Cirque show at full price, probably not this one.
I think it is by far the worst of the current Cirque shows though and in my opinion that elevates it to one of the worst shows as you have to factor in price/expectation, etc.
We almost did not watch Ka because of this list. We decided to watch it tonight anyway. We are so glad we did. There is no way Ka should be on this list. What we saw was a world class show and production. The stage was amazing too!
@@gregj831 I did not seen shows during those times, and although I respect your view, I think that the sound, lights, and overall advancement in technology in production today make a lot of difference in the quality of these shows. Not invalidating your views, but what we saw are great talents and a great show. It was world class.
Unless Ka has totally changed recently, it's inclusion in this list is ridiculous. It is the most amazing, beautiful, acrobatic Cirque show I've ever seen, and I've seen at least nine of them in person and watched videos of many others. The stage and staging alone is worth the price of admission. The musical score is vibrant and memorable. The circus acts are top-notch, and the comedy is funny. Go see for yourself.
Agreed! Saw it last night and to be honest during the first 10 minutes I hated it but was quickly in awe and LOVED. I’m in awe of all that goes into this show and feel like I underpaid for all the skill on that stage
I agree. As soon as I saw this, I stopped watching and came straight to the comments. Who is this guy? Do yourself a favor and ignore everything he has to say. He must have horrible taste. I rate this the worst review in all of Vegas.
KA is actually my fav current show on the Strip. I've seen it a bunch of times. For reference, I love theatre, see a lot of Broadway shows. Love adventure movies. I felt like KA was an adventure movie as it had an actual storyline. I've seen O and felt it was too fragmented and abstract for me. Love was not bad. When Le Reve existed, I liked that one too and wish it was still at Wynn. I've sent many people to see KA and every one has loved it so far and wanted to see it again.
I disagree on one choice. Ka is the single most astounding show I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen it twice and urged many people to see it. Amazingly grand, crazy audacious, visually spectacular, and often quite poetic, I think that underneath the massive spectacle, at the very core of the show is something much quieter, more contemplative and yeah, poetic. I get how it wouldn’t be some people’s cup of tea. For example, I could see the energy of a bachelorette party quickly turn against it. If you’re in town for that reason and with that group and that energy, if you’re in Vegas to “par-tay!!!” Ka isn’t your show. But, if you’re open to an unexpected artistic experience in Vegas, where that’s the last thing you’d expect, Ka would be a great choice. I hope to see it yet again. On the other hand, David Copperfield? That was the most disappointing show I’ve seen in Vegas.
Ummmmmm.... No. Ka remains the worst Cirque show I have ever seen and the only vegas show I have ever fallen asleep during. O on the other hand was amazing and had a WOW factor.
@@mkt1847 And I think we will choose not to "experience" Eddie Griffin !! And the last 2 times we went we had no interest at all in David Copperfield or The Blue Man Group! We will however be seeing the magic of Shin Lim and the comedy of Carrot Top if he's still there when we go again ? Also Ka is on our list despite some bad reviews !
I would disagree with opinion on Kà. That show gave me an impression like I was inside of the movie. Beautiful music, cute (though maybe a little naïve) storyline and really breathtaking acrobatics brought me and my friend who I was watching it with to tears. We thought the show was worth every single penny (when you think of all the effort and technology involved) and would gladly watch it again.
I agree with you. KA is my favourite show currently. I saw O and didn't like it. Love was ok but I prefer KA by far. I even prefer it over the other Cirque touring shows. I've seen KA a number of times and anyone I've sent to KA has loved it.
I couldn’t agree more! Ká is my top 3 fave Le Cirques and top 10 of all time! I feel like audiences are artistically inclined, they may not be able to see the EPICNESS that this performance is.
5 Blue Man Group - Luxor 4 KA - MGM Grand 3 Chris Angel Mindfreak - Planet Hollywood 2 David Copperfield - MGM Grand 1 The Eddie Griffin Experience - Sahara
So glad I saw this before my performance tomorrow night. As an entertainer, I sometimes forget that every audience is the FIRST audience. No matter how many times I’ve performed the act, it is always new to someone. It should be treated as such.
I was absolutely flabbergasted to see Ka on your list. Seriously? Ka is one of the best shows we've EVER seen on the Strip over the years and we've seen many. We returned to see it a second time with some friends and they were equally dazzled by the production. I would put Ka at the top of the list for any first time visitor and certainly not call it a show to avoid.
I agree with you. Ka is at the top with Mystere . And then he proceeds to recommend one of the most boring shows ever; Love. Love SUCKED. Doesn't know what it wants to be; concert? show? Circus act? WTF is it?
I have no idea why KÀ is on this list! The show was absolutely mesmerizing. The music and performers were amazing. I was beyond upset to find on my recent trip to Vegas that KÀ was closed for the week because my husband and I both wanted to see it again. This is why I don’t follow other peoples opinions.
I agree. I’ve watched some other channels, and some people love the shows on this list. In truth, the people seeing the show should form their own opinions then and there. One couple (on another channel) saw David Copperfield, and they loved that show.
I've seen about 8 Vegas shows and I think KA is the best one. I guess everyone has their own opinion, but its stages are really cool and unique. Also, there's a story line to go with the acrobatics which is more than a lot of the other Cirque shows.
Totally ridiculous to mention Kà in your video. Kà is AMAZING!!!!! I have seen it four times and it never gets old. Talented designers, performers, and engineers have made this the best show in Vegas (maybe in the world).
Ka was spectacular! From the costumes to the theater to the acts to the storytelling. Everything was amazing!! I can’t imagine how anyone could fall asleep.
KA is actually a good show not the best but the transformation of the platform is something very unique and incredible to watch and the end of the show everyone was clapping because it is good
Ka is tremendous! The theater itself is amazing. Anyone going to see KA is immediately pulled into the world of KA by just taking a seat and looking around. When the music and show fire up you will be transported to a fantastic and mesmerizing world. It is a fantastic show and does not belong on the "worst of" list of anything. You got this one wrong. Maybe go see the show. I am sure you'll have a retraction video up soon after.
My wife and I were comped front row tickets to David Copperfield. The reviews are correct. It was boring and drawn out. Before the show, his lackies told us the front row was required to stand up and applause to start a standing o for an encore. No one did it and he gave us dirty looks. Have to disagree with KA, though. We thought it was a great show.
I was suckered into seeing Eddie Griffin... we were packed in so tight, there was no way to leave early. It was absolutely impossible. There wasn't even one genuine laugh, other than looking at the other sad people in the audience, all feeling the say way I did. Agreed: save your money.
I loved Zumanity. And I loved Ka. So not everyone likes the same things. Ka was very relaxing. I'll agree with that. I saw Zumanity three times. Was funny 🤣 and for adults only. That was one of the reasons we went. No kids. We need some adult only time!
This guy is obviously not qualified to review Las Vegas shows. He is parroting Trolls on his FB page about shows he has not even attended (Iaughable). I agree about Zumanity......His opinion, frankly, is irrelevant.
I loved KA! Blue Man Group and Copperfield are iconic and there is a reason they've been around for decades. If these shows are so bad how could they have survived so long?
Completely agree, I’ve seen blue man group and ka in vegas, and copperfield years ago in Tahoe… if copperfield show isn’t what it used to be OK thanks for the tip as for the other two you are nuts putting them on a 5 worst list …. More like top 10, have you seen the some of the smaller shows in vegas??
@@215021215021 i saw copperfield about a month ago ish and I kind of have to agree with the reviews.. my mom had seen him before years ago and hyped him up and she was also disappointed by the end of the show. Most of his act was really long stories with few magic tricks in between😢
KA was the most epic show I have ever seen. It's like being in a real life video game the grafics & the technology was 🔥 my whole friend grew was amazed & my friends husband who hates everything ha .O & Joya the mexico show from cirque du soleil was bad 👎 but Joya magical food & vip experience is the best thing I've ever had at a Cirque show wish the show was better. I hope they bring the food experience to America!! It's epic 🔥
I’m another KA fan that’s absolutely dumbfounded to see it on this list. I waited years to see KA and it totally blew my mind. My eyes were wide with amazement the whole time. In fact it gave me insomnia because I immediately wanted to watch the next performance but will see it another time with the VIP experience. Now I’m thinking the rest of the shows on this list could actually be good too.
Not understanding how you are compiling a list of "bad" shows with a small cross section of opinions. Ka is a masterpiece and a marvel for live theatre. I've seen the show about 5 times and I absolutely love it every time. The music, dancing, and theatrics cannot be matched anywhere in the world. For those watching this video, keep moving and don't pay this any mind.
Agreed! Ka is a masterpiece. I’ve seen it like 8 times . Zumanity was amazing at the beginning of its run, the music was phenomenal.Too bad it went downhill after the “revamp”
Most long running Vegas show have their performers falling into some kind of complacency. This is absolutely true for David Copperfield. This guy's act used to be something in the 80's, when he was chaining himself in buildings that would be imploded. I would automatically discard shows that have been running for long period of times. Those shows are supposedly expressing creativity and performance. Those people are just tired. I am surprised about the Blue Man Group show. These guys have many performers guaranteeing motivation to give it all. Now the show may not be for everyone. Criss Angel is to put in the same category as David Copperfield. The entire performance is more of a laser show than a magician act. I am actually curious to understand how they can still fill the theater when the reviews are so bad... maybe because of the post pandemic frenzy? or the tourists are more indulgent? this guy would not have a chance if he was touring different locations.
@@TangerineTravels It’s extremely obvious he’s wearing a harness too because he goes from looking lean to having this giant chest but tries to hide it by wearing some oversized jacket. I mean, I get that it’s all an illusion, but part of pulling it off is making your audience forget that it’s just an illusion. He failed miserably. Couldn’t agree more on David Copperfield too. Saw him from the front row and what truly made it bad was his lack of passion or desire to be there. He came off arrogant with an “I’m here because my contract says I have to be here” attitude. Thanks for the great content Jordan! Been following you for years now and honestly, you are what got me going to Vegas (go there 4-5 times a year now) and I definitely have been able to build my MGM status with your tips. Keep it up!
Ah yes, the “pros” at Yelp. I love Ka. It also used to be better before they had a major accident where a performer tragically passed away during their act. The show was changed thereafter and some of the stunts were altered drastically.
I've been doing Las Vegas twice yearly since 1970. I've seen almost every show on the strip and Downtown (not zoomanity). IMHO blue man group is tied with chris angel and david copperfield for my choice of worst shows and time waste in Vegas. I would disagree with KA being on your list, we must all remember that this is all purely subjective to one's personal taste.
Ironically, in 2009 my wife and I saw three shows: Ka, Blue Man Group and Criss Angel. We got all of the tickets for $60 though. We enjoyed all three shows. Perhaps it could be that the performers have lost their desire to do the shows as well as they did 13 years ago.
60 dollars for 3 shows in Vegas!? sounds like a great deal. Totally worth it, after all we already know Show business is so fake so its worth putting them to work on stage while we laugh at them 😆
We saw Blue Man Group and they were terrific , standing ovation from everyone there! But yeah, the author wasn't there to see it, he was busy taking over comments on the Internet.
@@ardevry32 sorry, didn't see this question until today. Short answer is I suffered through two time share presentations for tickets to two of the shows and got the other tickets free through Expedia from a special they had at the time.
I just saw Criss Ángel about three weeks ago and his show other than couple of his acts was nothing but amazing. He’s a top performer!! It’ll be good for you to see the shows and give your opinion of them rather than repeat what others have to say about them.
I've been visiting Las Vegas for about 20 years. I have to say, when I saw KA ten years ago, it was easily my favorite show on the strip. It was so good, I saw it the next time I returned. Then I heard they made some production changes due to an serious accident, and according to reports it has never been the same. Nevertheless, most people I know have enjoyed it. As for magic shows, I'm not sure there are any decent shows left in Las Vegas - although I admit I haven't seen Franco. I agree Criss Angel is awful, and I can only imagine Copperfield is abysmal after grinding his gears over the same tired act for the last three or four decades. I'm surprised he's still alive to be honest. I did see Copperfield once when his traveling show came to our town, and it was fine, but nothing special. Very contrived and they tried too hard to force a television oriented spectacle onto a small stage. Saw Piff perform at a local comedy show where we live, and he bombed SO bad. We were so excited to see his show, but it was unmemorable at best. Lance Burton was my favorite back when I first started traveling to Las Vegas. I hear he got burnt out as well. Even Penn & Teller are better on TV than in person. Maybe the only great magic show to ever grace Las Vegas was Siegfried and Roy. When it comes to Cirque, I will agree Zumanity was terrible - but as I've said, I thought KA was great. We saw O and it was delightful. Mystere was fun. But I hated LOVE. It was so bad I fell asleep. I'm not a Beatles fan whatsoever, but my wife wanted to see it. She fell asleep too. The fact you loved it enough to see it three times tells me you probably ARE a Beatles fan, and that taste is very subjective. I don't know if you've made a video on the Top 5 Best shows - but last time we were in Vegas we crossed Carrot Top off our list along with Illuminate. Both were very good. Carrot Top REALLY exceeded my expectations, and Illuminate was a lot of fun for a night out with cool lights, choreographed dancing, and popular music. We still haven't seen Blue Man Group, but I don't think we ever will. Would love to see a video of what you think the best shows are. PS. My wife bought me tickets to see Shin Lim for my birthday, and it was one of the slowest, one dimensional, and most uninspired show I have ever seen. One of the few shows I wish we hadn't wasted time and money on.
I really enjoyed seeing Penn & Teller live. I've seen Beatles Love numerous times with different people and they all enjoyed. Both Beatles fans and those not so familiar with them.
I guess the reviewer hasn't been going to Vegas long enough to understand what they had in mind with KA.. in the old school Vegas giant stage shows like Jubilee and Folies Beregere were some of the most popular on the strip. Cirque du Soleil wanted to make their own version that would be family friendly. A giant amazing stage and so many things going on at the same time.. It definitely has less acrobatics than most of the other Cirque shows however the staging and the stage itself is just simply incredible
One of my college friends was involved early on in the Blue Man group in the early 90s. When it first started it was very original and interesting but it's been 30 plus years of the same show. Entertainment has progressed quite a lot and they've stuck with the same formula. It needs to be remembered for being very innovative but it also needs to die.
I love Blue Man Group the Vegas show been dulled alot, Rods and cones was much better when I saw them in vegas in 2014, and they got rid of "shake your eupherism" and replaced it with some lame rave song before they moved to luxor, and I missed the part where they use a robot to paint with a guy's butt. I only go there for the sound quality at this point.
Ka is one of the best shows i've ever seen. Which is strange, because the rest of the list feels pretty accurate. But Ka is like top 3 best show in the world for me. I loved it
I actually really enjoyed seeing Criss Angel this last May 2022. He didn't do the straight jacket thing. There is a good amount of performance like professional dancers and videos. It makes it dramatic but didn't take away from the magic. He did a section with cancer kids and his charity work, but he explained his son having cancer and just besting it. There was a club part, everyone getting up and clapping which was cheesy but fun.
I saw his show years ago when he was still at The Luxor. I had been a fan of his since his Mindfreak TV show days so was excited to see him live. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Yes there was one or two videos that prompted the audience as to who he was but the show itself was awesome magic and stunts and performances. And knowing his son had cancer at the time but was still able to put on a strong show says a lot imo. I know some people don’t “get” his style. I’ve always liked it and would love to see his new show sometime.
KA was one of the first theater show I watched in LV for the first time I say it was worth it in the front, literally didn’t expect stunt men to fly the bird right above me . Exceeded my expectations
I'm a traveling street performer and I've worked Las Vegas strip, people will tell me often, they seen shows all weekend, and my little 15 minute show was the best show they've seen so far. I've always thought "yeah right lol" but now I'm starting to understand what they mean.
Shows used to be so amazing. I wonder if social media has taken all the amazement out of the shows. I've seen things in shows that I've never seen again that were breathtaking. But there used to be short acts between sets that have turned up on America's Got Talent. Fun to see again.
This person is very good at reading, and just reading what other people say. My wife and I saw Ka on 2/13/24 and were treated like kings at the show. Staff met us and learned our names. We were granted keys to the city. We met the Mayor and talked to 2 staff members post performance. You must LISTEN to the story set up in the first 5 minutes --- if you are late, you will not follow the story. This show is like watching a movie from a foreign country - It is a STORY not just a set of tricks (which were still amazing). The stage is fantastic and worth enjoying just from a technical end of show. At times there were only 1 - 2 cast members performing so FOCUS. There is a story, comedy, heartache and war. Worth every penny we paid to fly to LV and see the show. Shout out to Alyssa at the show for making our experience fantastic,!!!
Vegas is overrated, is not what it used to be, back in the 80s shows were magnificent and worth every penny in those days, nowadays, everything is a rip off.
In 2002 the Bellagio comped me tickets to see Lance Burton and I just invited a lady around my age (45+) who looked like she would appreciate it. She was a bit chubby and kind of plain looking. I told her I had to tickets to see Lance Burton and would she like to go with no strings attached and she lit up and said she would love to see the show and she insisted on paying the cab and could we get another ticket for her daughter. Lance Burton was the best magic show I have ever seen on tv or in person and she had a wonderful time and I managed to get an extra ticket for her daughter too for a decent price through the Bellagio concierge. She had a bad year as her husband had died a year prior and this was her first outing with her daughter who missed her father too. She couldn't afford the higher end shows and was at the Bellagio to watch the water show and to have a drink and met me. I gave her my Spa date I had comped as well. They treat you quite nice when you win a lot of their money, it is like they don't want you to leave until you lose it back to them.
Decades ago, I saw David Copperfield and was amazed. When a chance to visit Las Vegas during this year's July 4th week came up, I bought the tickets for my wife, my son, and me ahead of time. My wife and my son enjoyed the show; but I did not because I could compared the recent performance to the one from decades ago. The reviewers were right. David had no energy; the acts were unimpressive. He should retired years ago.
For me, having worked in the entertainment industry for over 50 years, I have to dissagree very strongly about your review of Ka. It is for me the most spectacular and exciting stage performance that I have seen in my entire career. How you can have the audacity to say that it put you to sleep is frankly extra-ordinary. I think you ought to revisit the show and take another look. I for one would not hesitate to reccommend it to everyone...Just 5 stars from beginning to end. DB
Blue Man Group is for younger audiences to start with. But the coolest thing about Blue Man Group is how they created and built themselves their many percussive instruments. They invented them. And anyone who is a musician understands the talent and ingenuity that goes into the Blue Man Goup's show. Plus it's funny.
Mat Franco is one of my favorites by a mile. Super funny and entertaining and there was one specific trick (not going to spoil) that was so thrilling and interactive with music and beat drops, went with my dad and we both had the best time, even got to keep a card as a souvenir
I’ve seen all the Cirque Du Soleil shows in Las Vegas and Ka is one of my favorite ones, I’ve seen it twice. Too bad one of the performers fell from the moving platform and died during a show. The platform wan amazing part of the show. This show is the only one that actually has a storyline. It’s a beautiful show if you like theater, music and acrobatics. I liked Zumanity too. I think it was great. I agree about the other shows, not worth the money.
Completely agree regarding the David Copperfield show, it was not good at all - However, the KA show that you're bashing was GREAT in my opinion and that of my kids - the lights, stunts, action, I just don't know where the thumbs down comes from! We loved it and I'd see it again in a heartbeat
I made a reservation for June 11th 2024 for me and my family to see Eddie Griffin unleashed and after seeing this video and review I can't wait to experience it for myself to give my personal review. I'm so excited can't wait yay!!!!!!!!!
Come back to this post and tell us how it went. He actually made me curious about Eddie's show now based on the complaints. Sounds like people who know nothing about Eddie going to watch his show.
Add Terry Fator to the list. Old, tired jokes. Much of his act is literally the same as Jeff Dunham's. His imitations of famous singers is pretty decent. We did get up and leave half way through. I liked Blue Man Group. But it's definitely a one time thing. AGT was not good. Sorry, I was bored most of the show. The highlight for me was having a gigantic snare (?) drum right next to me in the audience that was played. I really got into that! I do highly recommend Carrot Top. I never thought I liked him. I was wrong. Sharp wit, fast paced, funny, a little raunchy. I was impressed. 5 stars for Thunder from down Under. And I am old. Loved every second of it.
KA is flat out incredible. I've seen almost all of the Cirque shows and KA ranks #2 only behind "O". I know to each their own but wow. Love is probably the worst one lol. I haven't seen Michael Jackson One yet but will on my next trip. Good to see that almost all the other comments agree with the fact KA should be no where near this list.
Gotta disagree with Ka on here, I dunno how so many people can say it’s bad. Sure, it’s nothing like O and Love, but it’s not like it’s worse than either of those. It’s personally my favorite out of them all. Can totally agree with David Copperfield though lol
I have never known people who had no idea how much skill it takes to be a part of Blue Man Group until now. I will however agree with Criss Angel show. But Blue Man Group is iconic and absolutely hilarious. Their expressions and gestures made the show and the band upstairs (the blacklight musician monsters) were extremely skilled and they got a lot of praise from the audience. Anyone that doesn't like BMG has no personality.
Have to totally disagree about KA. It's one of the best cirque du Soleil shows, with 'O' coming in a close 2nd. As for Blue Man group, it's more of a nostalgic show. People of a certain age group will love it.
Hi Jordan from GDL - been living in Mexico now 1.5 years. Glad I frequented Vegas in the 90s through 2005 before it became overly corporate and sterile. Now I just go to Vegas occasionally and stay at Fremont St. Plenty of free entertainment between the live music and people watching. 😅
Wow! The first show on the list is Blueman Group? I guess it's completely subjective. My wife and I loved the show and will go again. And we saw Ka on the same trip. Loved it. The stage and theater are phenomenal.
I agree with your reviews, Jordan, except for Blue Man Group. We've seen them twice, once in New York and once in Vegas. We thought they were funny and off-beat artistic. No need to see them again. I agree with you about Zumanity--what a waste of time and money. We loved the Beatles Love--I'm a long time Beatles fan! I would recommend O, the water ballet. Very impressive--our son, who was 16 at the time, liked it too.
My wife and I had a great time at Blue Man. We were sitting in the splash zone and it was a lot of fun. We also saw Zumanity the year before it closed and really enjoyed it. I do agree about Love. We’ve seen it twice and would see it again.
Keep in mind this is all subjective and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I agree with one of the comments below to see a show for yourself and decide. My husband loves KA, me not so much, I thought it was boring. LOVE and O are amazing, but our new favorite is Mad Apple at NYNY. Just saw it Monday and can't wait to see it again. Carrot Top is great as well, he is hilarious and very engaging with the audience. We had front row seats and he was so nice. I agree about Zumanity, it was bad, glad it's gone. I enjoyed Blue Man Group but I get why people wouldn't like it. I personally loved the Miss Behave Game Show we saw it three times. Again, to each their own.
Subjective except for, unfortunately, David Copperfield. I adored this magician growing up seeing him on TV etc etc fast fwd finally saw his show and he LITERALLY didn't want to be there, you could tell, it was painful to watch. I'm of the opinion that perhaps some shows he sheds that off and enjoys it more for whatever reason, but the performance I saw as soooo many reviews have noted, he literally mumbled and RUSHED through his LINES of script like he was absolutely sick of it. He looked angry and fed up and made no attempt to perform feeling otherwise. I was stunned and shocked. This is not exaggerating he literally gave off the vibe of "get me out of here I am done".
I saw KA back in 2011 and thought it was awesome. Maybe they changed the show since then. I remember hearing one of the performers was killed during a show (not sure about the year) so it might have caused changes to the original version I saw.
I’ve seen 2 of the shows on your list: Blue Man Group & KA. Blue Man was good & KA was great. I had no idea what either show was about before seeing them. I don’t consider either a waste of money. I respectfully disagree on those two.
I sort of agree with him for Blue Man Group, They've took my favorite parts and replaced them with something worse or removed them since I saw them in 2014. Its been dulled a lot since
Ka is good. I’ve seen it twice. It’s not my favorite Cirque, but it didn’t put me to sleep and I didn’t look at my phone or anything. I was into it the whole time.
People are totally wrong saying that KÀ by Cirque du Soleil is not a good show, is one of the top 3 best shows in Las Vegas. 1. "O" 2. KÀ 3. Mystère Said by a true Cirque du Soleil fan
Las Vegas is disgusting in every way. Americans have so many addictions and this is one of the worst. Everything about the place is ugly and evil. The “shows” are not worth supporting a place like this.
Couldn’t agree more…had family who lived there and use to visit frequently. It was a fairly decent place for a fun weekend in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s. The current level of greed, violence and human misery is astounding. LV actually has people who live in tunnels under the city. It takes a week to wash off the bad juju you have on you after being there for a few days.
I agree 100% with your review of Criss Angel, we saw him a few years ago and his show was awful. Speaking of the worst, on our first trip to Vegas in 2004, we saw George Carlin, now I don’t like to speak ill of the dead, but his show was so bad he had people running out in tears. His whole routine that night was making a joke out of suicide. It was very disturbing.
Ka is a sensational show. I absolutely LOVED it. I would be happy if I could return to watch in every two years of my life. I also like the Blue Man group. Not as good as Ka but still worthwhile. O was excellent also.
Shocked to see Ka on your list. It follows a classic Asian storyline. Maybe people don't get it? The amount of skill and talent is amazing, special effects and visual staging incredible.
Hi Tangerine!!! I'm your Fan!!! If I may a sugestion. Your videos are great, but if you're in Vegas, instead of doing this type of videos, like "the worst shows, scam, I personally think that doing videos like the best hotels, best buffett's, lattest news of las Vegas, new shows etc it will give to your channel more interest. Always Positivo things win over neggative comments. Thank you, is only my personal pointn of view, poaittive feedback, because I want your channel to grow even more, I think you have a lot of potencial.!!
Sadly, it's been proven negative media gets way more attention than positive media. But I do agree, it would be great to see the counterpart to this video and see reviews for the Top 5 Best shows.
I like it when you do "lists" for Vegas (best restaurants / scams to avoid etc) but I didn't enjoy this video. I can go and read reviews - and I don't need anyone to read them out to me. I like it when I hear YOUR opinion and today all I heard was you talk about other peoples opinions.
I've read several comments making this same criticism, and while I agree it would be nice to have his own personal opinion/review in the mix, I liked the consensus of opinion he tried to provide by asking his audience and scouring yelp. Often one person's review is not enough - since taste is very, very subjective.
I have seen KA 3 times as I wanted to share this wonderful show with the people I was going with. It is absolutely worth the money and time. If you fall asleep during KA too bad for you. O is great but I'm not sure how it is better than KA to you as it really is the same vibe, except with water. Also, so expensive where KA is actually affordable.
Gotta laugh that he said “ I’ve heard O is a good show?” That’s laughable. Was voted show of the Year like 8 years in a row, until LOVE came along. I’ve actually seen Zumanity 3 times and really enjoyed it .
My husband and I had a blast at Blue Man Group years ago in NYC. I had read about the show and bought the tickets. Since it was so different, I decided not to tell the husband a word about the show prior to going. We just went and he was stunned, and thought it was hilarious. I’m tempted to go again some day.
I dont really like the Vegas Blue Man Group show anymore because they dulled it a lot since I first saw them and alot of my favorite parts where removed or replaced since 2014.
Thank you this is so helpful, I couldn’t decide which magic show to see! I just watched your 2019 video on Vegas, do you still recommend using the slot apps to get free hotel nights?

Were you ever afraid of not being allowed to stay at a hotel, or some such, because you reviewed a show poorly?
Frankly, even in this age of racial reckoning, I am fed up to the back teeth with Black Peoples' racist views about White People.
Comedians of colour joke about us (White People) in ways that White People would be lynched for joking about them.
It really does beggar all belief, and is disgusting.
Anyone out there ever listen to Black People slam, slur, and slag off White Folks when they do NOT think that we are listening?

You don't know anything about Vegas. Stop making videos. Folks, just ignore this guy. Especially about Vegas shows. He is way wrong!
Putting KÀ on this list was a mistake. It might not be THE BEST show in Vegas, but it is certainly NOT one of the worst. I enjoyed it! The stage itself is a sight to behold!
I agree. Ka was good. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about
I agree the stage was the best and most interesting part of KA (have seen twice). Think about it, that's really not that great of an endorsement... Worst, probably not. Especially if you get a free/discounted offer it's worthwhile, but if you're going to go out of your way to see a Cirque show at full price, probably not this one.
It's definitely the best show in vegas
I think it is by far the worst of the current Cirque shows though and in my opinion that elevates it to one of the worst shows as you have to factor in price/expectation, etc.
I actually think it is the best show in Vegas
We almost did not watch Ka because of this list. We decided to watch it tonight anyway. We are so glad we did. There is no way Ka should be on this list. What we saw was a world class show and production. The stage was amazing too!
As compared to the breathtaking Shows of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, there are no world class productions in Vegas. That city died with the Showgirl.
@@gregj831 I did not seen shows during those times, and although I respect your view, I think that the sound, lights, and overall advancement in technology in production today make a lot of difference in the quality of these shows. Not invalidating your views, but what we saw are great talents and a great show. It was world class.
I saw KA last night. Was amazing. Rest of his list seems on point but KA should not be on this list.

This guy is downright mean to smash people's excitement of their upcoming epic vacations.
I’m in awe of all that goes into this show and feel like I underpaid for all the skill on that stage
ka and mystere are the best cirque for me
I agree!! It's one of my favorite Cirque so. So magical.
Agreed. So many people from other shows try to bring the reviews down. It’s competition. Ka is insanely good.
Love was really bad and shouldn't even be a cirque soleil show!
THANKS for that INSIGHT! At least YOU HAVE SEEN the Shows YOURSELF! Can’t believe the “REVIEWER” has not even seen “O” himself
KA was like watching a never ending sword battle put on by role players.
@@DUNGSTAI think you need to like the Beatles and that time era to enjoy it. I’m not a diehard Beatles fan but absolutely adore it.
Can you recommend the best seating view for me?? I chose 3rd row. Bit worried if it is too close to the stage

That's exactly right.
I saw Chriss Angel from the second row and towards the end when he "walks in the air" you could literally SEE the thin line harnessed to him. Haha!
Embarrassing! 😂 I saw one person say that they were able to see an assistant come unclip his harness after he was floating in the air lol

You want more deaths?
@DUNGSTA lmfao at least we know your reading comprehension sucks ass.
Totally worth it, after all we already know Show business is so fake so its worth putting them to work on stage while we laugh at them 😆
How did you get tickets for $60
We saw Blue Man Group and they were terrific , standing ovation from everyone there!

We totally loved Cris Angel also.
Agreed he was pretty good!!
Yeah this "reviewer" is an absolute joke.
It was horrible before the accident. All they did was jump on that wall for what seemed like hours. Horrible
@@paulras01 Evidently you are proof positive that there is poor taste in people.
I am not a beatles fan so I have no desire to see Love. I seen KA and it's amazing not sure why it's on here. This list is horrible.
I only go there for the sound quality at this point.
just goes to show what a lame art theme can land you a lot of money if it catches on
Ka is one of the best shows i've ever seen.
I agree with everyone else here. KA was such an incredible show. My buddies and I went a few years ago and we were all blown away. It was awesome

The problem is they chose funny and music over education. The 2012-2014 show was way better
BRO REMOVE KA from this list. The athletes/artists who have worked hard, auditioned for Cirque shows are no joke.
Completely agree regarding the David Copperfield show, it was not good at all - However, the KA show that you're bashing was GREAT in my opinion and that of my kids - the lights, stunts, action, I just don't know where the thumbs down comes from! We loved it and I'd see it again in a heartbeat
I disagree on Ka in this list. Ka has an amazing visual, extremely artistic. I and my group absolutely enjoyed it.
I had front row seats at KA last night. Incredible show when up close. However I could see how being located in the far back rows could get boring.
OMG Ka is one of the most spectacular shows in history and my personal fave!
Yes, Ka is my favorite. I think it's incredible
Just curious, are you renting in Mexico or did you buy a home?
I have to believe Ká was added to this list to get comments. Literally everyone and everywhere in Vegas says its the best thing to see there.
Wow! The first show on the list is Blueman Group? I guess it's completely subjective. My wife and I loved the show and will go again. And we saw Ka on the same trip. Loved it. The stage and theater are phenomenal.
My parents loved the Blue Man Group so much they have seen the spin off shows in California and Florida.
This guy is downright mean to smash people's excitement of their upcoming epic vacations.
I'm glad others in the comments agree with Ka being one of the better shows in Vegas. Definitely better than Beatles Love
I completely agree with many people here… Ka should not be in this list! Loved it and would go again!
My wife and I had a great time at Blue Man. We were sitting in the splash zone and it was a lot of fun. We also saw Zumanity the year before it closed and really enjoyed it. I do agree about Love. We’ve seen it twice and would see it again.
I saw Love last year....on 🍄....mind blowing
'O' I found quite boring. 'Ka" on the other hand I have fond memories of and would see again.
Love is the worst show in vegas
I saw Copperfield 3 years ago. I agree the story was stupid and the magic was average at best.
I saw KA back in 2011 and thought it was awesome. Maybe they changed the show since then. I remember hearing one of the performers was killed during a show (not sure about the year) so it might have caused changes to the original version I saw.
Ka is great, was on the edge of my seat. Liked it better than love. Will see it again.
I have been to Vegas countless times over close to 40 years and Penn & Teller was the worst, and Ziegfeld & Roy probably the best
Totally disagree on Penn & Teller. I was surprised that as long as they have been around, it was still fresh and entertaining.
People are totally wrong saying that KÀ by Cirque du Soleil is not a good show, is one of the top 3 best shows in Las Vegas.
1. "O"
2. KÀ
3. Mystère
Said by a true Cirque du Soleil fan
Las Vegas is disgusting in every way. Americans have so many addictions and this is one of the worst. Everything about the place is ugly and evil. The “shows” are not worth supporting a place like this.
Wholeheartedly agree with you. Disgusting place.....a den of iniquity for sure. I wouldn't go there if you paid me.
Why are you here ??
@@goodnessandmercy don’t care And I won’t
THE CRISS ANGEL SHOW WAS FIRE 🔥. ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS EVER
I saw O a few years ago, and I highly recommend it. It was brilliant. If I ever go back to Vegas, top of my list is Love.
Same with KA. Girlfriend fell asleep within twenty minutes and I wasn’t even mad. I love cirque and biggest mistake of time in Vegas.
Saw Matt Franco at my first Vegas experience and it was really fun. He’s a good entertainer.
Copperfield was the worse, watch a 10 min video of his life. He was bland in is delivery’s and ego. Save your money
I have to agree. This video is lame .
I've read several comments making this same criticism, and while I agree it would be nice to have his own personal opinion/review in the mix, I liked the consensus of opinion he tried to provide by asking his audience and scouring yelp. Often one person's review is not enough - since taste is very, very subjective.
Blue man group seems to put on a hood visual, on video anyways. Everyone has an opinion though, and I liked your review.
KA all day
Gotta laugh that he said “ I’ve heard O is a good show?” That’s laughable. Was voted show of the Year like 8 years in a row, until LOVE came along.
I’ve actually seen Zumanity 3 times and really enjoyed it .
Pretty entertaining video Jordan. Much more interesting than I thought it would be (since I'm not going to Vegas any time soon).
YES!! David needs to Retire! He was so bored and out of it!
Hi Anna I love u
i\Iseen KA show, it was terrible, i would rather be deployed again to Afghanistan again than watch this show again.
