I ALSo have had worst experience with FABER. Internal part is completely rusted in just some months of use. internal "H" shape plate is paper thin and completely rusted . They don't even give any respect to costumer. Worst behavior of staff and all service men. The burners are extremely cheap quality . Burners stop burning automatically. It led to gas leak in my house. I Don't recommend faber
