Very nice, but I have a question: how to clean the Atlas 150 classic well, which I have had since 2012? Could I somehow replace it with a newer model? Do you do such things? Do you replace / improve older original machines? I have not seen this model in Poland yet. 🤔

ciao, you can clean it using a disinfectant for surface compatible for food contact (preferably HACCP certified).
