I think you can fully controll him by enable testingcheats and shift + click on the grim reaper and select resetsims but when do it every needs of him will decay.Hope it usefull !

Ive experimented with mods for a bit and with wicked whims you can actually have his baby without removing his grim reaper trait. The extreme violence mod can actually kill him, and with MCCC you can date and marry him. With that it unlocks all the kissing interactions with him.

I was playing on PS4, my sexy lady vampire sim went to the Windenberg gym and Marcus-something mysteriously dies, Grim Reaper shows up and I can't resist introducing them. Next day he calls her out on a date, but I had to decline because I was busy trying not to die in the sun on my first day.
He hasn't called since, I might have missed an opportunity... that or he could sense my life fading and wanted me to die nearby so he didn't have to go far. Rarely, interesting coincidences happen to me
One time one of my sims was at the bar and then the Grim Reaper just casually walked in and ordered some chips. I made my sim flirt with him but it didn't work out.

So sad they patched a lot of these things since this was uploaded! But I'm glad that my Grim's aspiration was Mixology instead of Grilled Cheese. He's now my Queen Sim's multitalented Right-Hand-Man/jack-of-all-trades kind of guy (not romantic partner). He's in the Mixologist career and is in that level wherein he has a drink called "Death Special" (I renamed him to Death Death). Because... I have another Reaper who spawned, who I named Not Death, since he wasn't the original... Long story. Anyway, when I played another household, for a while he was still the Reaper... and with autonomous killing on (Extreme Violence mod), he'd kill and then reap right after. xD But after playing the household with Death more, the Reaper role was filled by other Sims, not necessarily a newly-spawned Reaper... the game would assign a random Sim (usually one who was born in-game) to be the new reaper... It didn't matter how old they were... And my Grim found himself a boyfriend (Chuck/God from Supernatural). Yeah I have a weird household with God, Lucifer, the Antichrist, a skeleton, and Death. Don't ask.
Still mad we didn’t get the grim reaper side job and players actually chose KNITTING instead...

I believe reaper babies are actually possible, MattShea as well as Pewdiepie managed to do it.

Ok, I need deapool and female death's household to be a thing really bad now.
When I added the grim reaper to my family I tested potions on him. The embiggener potion made him fat and his voice already was like Jabba the Hut’s. The ghost goo made him a ghost and he could possess things. Grim reaper with air horn skill is amazing. He leaked fluid (clear) all over, but apparently my version of him had the “neat” trait so he kept on mopping after himself. Also loved to play video games and troll teh forums.
And your video of the line of dancing reapers had me laughing so hard!!!

a) add two or more reapers to one household and they could get married?
b) get married to the grim reaper as a ghost?
never played this game but based on the reaper's dialogue it seems plausible

You can command the Grim Reaper without moving out by shift-clicking him and selecting debug. After that he can be made to do things normally.
One of the reapers were doing the Bobby schmurder
I have another (much easier) way that also allows for yoy to have babies woth the grim reaper just add to the family then remove his reaper trait then do whatever you want to do with him (relationships, babies, ect.) then just give him the trait back! Hope this helps anyone!

To add the Grim Reaper to your family and to be like before ( i mean without to lose his floating, voice and smoke ) and to make him a female and make babies from of two of them you must follow this steps :
Firstly you will have to kill someone, and when Grim Reaper comes to take his soul, you can then add him to your family by waiting untill he finishes the procces of taking the soul, when the cremation urns appears, pause the game and follow the steps from below:
1. you will have to enable the cheats by pressing simultaneously ctrl shift c on your keyboard, and when you see a box appear on the left top corner of your screen write
testingcheats on
and hit enter.
2. Now hold shift and right click on Grim Reaper, then click on the option that says Add to Family.
3. Now he should be in your family, press play and check if he still has the smoke bellow him and if he still moves like he did before if so then save your game.
Make this steps one more time, and you will have 2 of them.
Now you have 2 of them and you want them to be married and to have babies right ?
follow the steps bellow :
1.open the cheat box again and type
cas.fulleditmode
2.with holding shift and right click on a Grim Reaper you will have some options, select the option cas modify.
Then you will be in the cas with all the options activated.
3.Select to make him a female from the left top corner ( like all the new sims ) ( don't forget to check the options who make him to become pregnant etc. female normal things.) He will be like a normal female sim , this is must not bother you at this time.
4. wear to her the hood of the hats and the full body suit ( there is one who are like of the Grim Reaper's suit ) for all the categories ( everyday, formal, sleep etc. ) to activate this for all the categories you must select the option everydayclothes from every category, like the CC )
5. finish with the name , traits etc. normal things. then go to the live mode ( she will have a face now but it's not something who must bother you. check if she have the smoke the voice and she is floating when she moves and if all is ok save your game.
Now is the time to make bigger this family so go ahead and make babies with the normal way ! ( the babies normal will must have a grey skin like the parents, and they will be a normal sims when they grow up )
Ps. If you have them in your world but you don't play them , you will see them to go arround like the Original Grim Reaper. with the teleportation skills and with their accesorie in their hands !

An easier way of adding traits to the grim reaper (and other sims) is testingcheats true then cas.fulleditmode .
In full edit mode you can change everything about a sim , in this case, the grim reaper.

If you still want to have a reaper Baby it’s a little harder but you can do it like this. Go to CAS and “Play with genetics” then you should get a sim. This does unfortunately not give them suit or anything. They just have dark skin and that’s it. But still a good prospect.

Also if you Shift+Click the Grim Reaper and Reset him, he will actually do actions such as go to sleep, use the bathroom, etc.

ALSO!!! Ik how to fix the reapers missing face and accessories, when you have the cas.fulleditmode cheat on, you need to switch the reaper to a girl. She will be a normal sim. Then change her hairstyle, keeping everything else the same. Switch her back to the guy, and what you see is the reapers original facial features, skin tone, etc. I've tried this several times to see if the hairstyle I chose for the girl mattered at all, it didn't. He still floats, and has the deep voice but you can give outfits without the weird arm things or tail thing.
Okay... i'd just like to point out the fact I farted the exact same time it did in the start of the video.... not gonna lie XD
What happens if you set some food (preferably grilled cheese) as a sim's head and instruct another sim to eat the head food?

I added the Grim Reaper to my household, and made him practice singing. While he was doing that, my other sim got invited to a date by her dead husband. And when she came back, Grim was STILL singing. He finished the action, but I still heard it. Now he's stuck in my nightmares about a blue eel that eats people's backs.

My grim reaper looks just like a normal sim with a narrow face and no feet but if you add shoes its not that obvious, the only thing that didnt go away is the black smoke behind him

Too edit already made sims traits press (CTRL,SHIFT,C) to open the cheats window and under there type (cas.fulleditmode) then shift click on a sim and press create is CAS and there you go.
