My mom went thru so much when she was pregnant with my little sister, she was told her ENTIRE pregnancy my sister was gonna have Down syndrome, her head wasn’t a normal size, and she was going to have a lot of problems and that she basically wasn’t going to be a normal baby... they even gave my mom an option of ABORTION!!! Of course my mom said no... she was going to love and care for that baby no matter what.. Her delivery date came and my sister was soooo healthy!!! The doctors said it was a miracle, she was a normal healthy baby!! And here she is 14 years later! Don’t lose any hope! Stay positive, your baby is going to be ok ❤️ I will be praying for you

I have a positive result high risk of ds and dr wants me to do amniocentesis but im scared coz it might have miscarriage but i also want to know the fact

praying i am a mother of a handicapped son who in his thirties who i have to care for. he never get married work etc. taking care of a handicapped child is for all his life. if you decide to terminate this pregnancy there nothing wrong with that if you decide to continue there nothing wrong with that
You are amazing. I worked with adults like your son. I can understand. You are right. It is not always about giving life, it's also the quality of life.

I’ve heard multiple people say their doctors told them there was something wrong with the baby and they turned out completely normal. Pray. I’m praying for you, and will continue to. Dont give into fear, it’s from the enemy.

My son was supposed to have a tumor on the back of his brain and some holes in his heart. He was born with only a few small holes in his heart and no tumor. The holes closed by themselves and he did have some physical delays like he didn’t sit on his own till 9 months or crawl till 11 months and walk at 18 months, but man he can talk! He was mimicking words really early at around 6 months. Have faith. It is possible nothing’s wrong, or as bad as he thinks.
I'm so incredibly sorry, Brittany. I know there's nothing I can say to make you feel better but just know that I am praying for all of you. I've been in a similar situation before so I know how much it hurts.. I just really hope things turn out better for you and your family. Also, never let anyone make you feel as though you are making the wrong decisions. Only you know what's best for you and your family. I'm always here if you need someone to talk to. 💜🧡

My cousin was told to terminate her pregnancy by multiple doctors she refused and her daughter is almost a year old now 💕 yes she had some birth defects but she's perfect I'll keep praying for ya girl💓
*That's what im saying* 💞✨ SOMETIMES DOCTORS GET WRONG AND SOMETIMES ARE God's tests to see how you handle the situation happened to me.

Hun it will be okay, ill be praying for you. I had this done with my son, he was my 1st baby so I was completely scared. I understand what you are going through, sending you LOTS OF prayers!! Side note* My son has been healthy, some health issues such as asthma and on the autism spectrum but you wouldnt be able to notice unless I told you, my son is perfectly healthy and hes 6 going on 7.

When my mom was pregnant with my brother they told her he was gonna be born with I missing arm or leg they asked her if she still wanted him . My mom kept him and my brother is fine he has both arms and both legs

Oh mama, just hearing this from you breaks my heart! This is so scary and I can’t imagine what you’re going through ♥️♥️ I hope miraculously something happens and baby turns out fine. I remember with Joshua they were concerned about his size and I went to a specialist, they talked about the same procedure with the needle but first wanted to do a more thorough exam at the specialist office, turned out my baby had a big head but nothing abnormal and she told me good luck during my birth lol. 10 years later Joshua’s head is pretty big but he’s completely healthy 🙏🏻❤️

I watched your updates on Everly. I'm so sorry you went through this and so happy for your rainbow baby. You are a strong family and the birth video was still beautiful even though it is a heart breaking story 💛💛💛 I had an amniocentesis as my NIPT was high risk so I've been through that part of the process and having to talk about options, etc. It's so difficult. I'm so sorry the diagnosis was confirmed in your case, and I think it's so beautiful that you celebrated your pregnancy and your daughter the way that you did. She was a sweet little thing, I cried when you showed her to the camera because she was so cute and looked so peaceful. I'm so sorry for your loss
I had to hold back crying so much! I’m so sorry you are going through all of this! I am 16 weeks with my second baby and on Friday we found out it’s another boy! I pray the cvs procedure comes back okay and baby gets healthy!! My prayers are with you and your family!

so sorry what you're going through this. don't loose hope and always have faith! I'll have my NIPT test as well this coming 27th. I am hoping and praying too that my baby also is healthy.

I’m so sorry for the pain that you’re going through. If you decide to terminate the pregnancy or keep the baby, either way I hope that you can find peace and know that you’re doing what is best for your family. Sending you so much love ❤️ I had a baby with a neural tube defect my last pregnancy and carried him to term and got almost four beautiful days with him. God has a plan for us all and for our children, because they were His children before they were ours. Abortion was highly recommended to me... We found out at the anatomy scan at 20 weeks, but we stuck through and had him and I’m so glad that we did because God blessed us with time with him. Stay strong and know that God is with you and He loves your baby. I will keep your sweet baby in my prayers. ❤️ Also, I’m currently pregnant with a healthy baby girl and will have her within the next 2-3 months! “He has made everything beautiful in its time” 🙌🏻

I remembered, doctors told my mom better to abort my youngest sibling because she may have birth defects but our parents decided to keep her no matter what, thank God, my sis is perfect, she’s such a kind and responsible and very reliable sibling and daughter to my parents.. she’s smart too, her grades in the uni is always outstanding:)
I just had my screening today, that’s not an easy one because I have twins, but you are so strong, hugs 🤍

I had a pregnancy scare with my second son but his was with his heart. They tell you all the worst things possible and in the end my son did have to have heart surgery after birth but now he’s completely healthy ! It will be stressful cause the amount of information they tell you ! But stay positive !!! Everything will be fine ! Send you and baby lots of love ❤️
I'm currently going through a pregnancy scare I'm 11weeks my NT is 4mm and baby's heart rate over 200bpm still waiting on my genetic results I'm sooo scared
sitting here crying with you. i have no words. i’ve never been through this. at 20 weeks i was told my baby could maybe have down syndrome & they offered to do a procedure as well to where they poke the belly. i said no. they said the procedure can cause a miscarriage.. i didn’t want to do it because i would keep baby either way. thankfully he’s fine. i am going to pray for you guys! ❤️ everything will be okay.
So glad to hear was fine I’m preg with my second and ultra sound great but I did have blood test waiting on that but the scan was perfect so praying my blood was fine nervous

They wanted to do that to me to with the needle and I told them no because my mom told me I could of lose the baby I had my son and he is perfect and healthy 💙 prayers go to you mama! 🌺🥰

Ana Rosah Leon no they don’t always scare women. If 2 different specialists saw the same thing, then more than likely it’s there. This is different than a Down Syndrome diagnosis.
Please don't give fake hope.

I'm 12 weeks and my babies NT is 2.6mm is this in normal range or not? I'm really worried and doctor made me feel worse tbh.

Remember, sometimes they get it wrong! My sister had this procedure done also, and she was told the baby would have Down syndrome. They proposed to end the pregnancy, but my sister and her husband decided to go on with it. ITS YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE. Only we know what we’re willing to take on, and of course every situation is different. BUT baby was born perfectly healthy! God is good. 💕

Glad to hear everything turned out ok for your sister and her baby. Unfortunately today the specialist confirmed what the other doctor said and the ultrasound today showed other defects as well. Thank you for your prayers ❤️

When I was pregnant they told me my daughter had a 1 in 10 chance of downs and 1 in 20 chance of having Edward's syndrome. I too was given the choice to test and termination was an option but I refused both. I'm so glad I did as she didnt have either of them and a healthy 7 year old. I know this is old but I so hope it all worked out ok for you
I’m passing through the same right now 😞😞 I cried until my eyes are swollen now I'm waiting for the hormone blood test result, they told me that the baby’s neck is around 5 mm which is shows that my baby is 100% is not normal, I'm crying while I'm writing this very very frustrating situation and I feel I can't take it anymore 💔 just pray for me the result after 8 days from now 😔

I pray terminating too is not in your future and I know that may Seem like the most selfish thing coming from a stranger. But I have read far to many stories about drs being wrong way to frequently about situations like this. You are so early in your pregnancy that weeks from now your ultrasound may be perfect. Being a mother myself and having gone through all the scary tests, I hate what drs put us women through in the process without knowing for certain what truly is going on. I pray your sweet baby is growing just fine and for guidance for you in such a scary time ❤️💕
Prayers to you & your little baby. I had the genetic testing done with my daughter & my ultrasound pics were good, they still offered the test that you had done & I declined. A friend of mine was told from the testing her daughter had down syndrome & they ended up being right. I'll be waiting on your update.
My ultra sound was perfect at two of them but i choice to do the genetic so can see if boy or girl and also for downs in blood testing waiting on results need prayers want it to be fine why did u decline the blood test ? Was ur baby fine with ultra sound perfect
@@diamondsglitznglam my daughter is almost 13. The way they wanted to take blood was from my sack in my stomach so I declined. She was born absolutely perfect.

Hello beautiful, I am very sorry to hear this, our prayers are with you and your baby. I am also worried at this time because my genetic testing came back with high risk for trisomy result. We decided to just wait for my anatomy scan and don’t want to do the cvs or amnio. Praying for a healthy baby. I feel my baby is healthy as he is very active during the first ultrasound. Keep up the spirit. 💕

My parents were told I would have Down syndrome. They chose to continue with the pregnancy and guess what, I don’t have Down syndrome. Doctors don’t know everything.

Sending you all my love x I have been going through a similar thing this last two weeks, after going to my 12 week scan and finding out my baby has severe abnormalities, when they told me, I felt like all the air had been sucked out of the room. I've been for second opinions who have only showed in more detail what is wrong with my baby. I'm beyond devasted and feel the full enormity of the decision on my shoulders. I want to send you so much love, as I know how hard this is to go through. Any decision you make will be the right one for you, your family and most importantly your baby. I know exactly what you went threw. My doc found out until I was 5 month pregnant that my baby girl was anencephaly and my soul left my body that day. It was a torture.

I’m so sorry that you are going through this. Are you doing an amniocentesis? My mom had to get that done when she was pregnant with one of my brothers because they thought he wasn’t developing properly but he ended up being healthy. I’m hoping for the best for your little one and your family!
