Bro they’re extremely underfunded for where they are, it’s an absolutely insane achievement that they are where they are plus, they’re beating full time teams as a part time team, these players don’t make an okay wage to play full time, they all work second jobs. It’s massively impressive.
They don’t train every week however Dorking are in a transition period. They’re still part time but they have gone from training at night to during the day but they only train like twice a week maybe even less if they have a midweek game. Think they are looking to go full time in the near future but for updates this UA-cam page will probably be best for it👍

I think the point is that they are happy at this level for now and probably don’t have the financial backing to go for promotion.

So a full time club will train Monday to Friday, whereas a part club will only train twice a week normally on Tuesdays and Thursdays
