Having own the original Tricktakers, do you reckon it’s necessary to get Kings?

I own both and like Kings more in some ways. I think they offer different experiences.

I agree with Jonathan. I think Kings is somehow both more streamlined and more complex.

Jamey, have you played this at a diversity of player counts? I've heard it might actually hold up at 2-player but I'm very suspicious...
