Scenario 1 - Hello Mr. Adam I've been told you are having chest pain, how are you feeling now? Scenario 2 - Hello Mr. Adam Jakes I'm Dr... how can I address you? - You can call me Adam Adam I've been told u r having chest pain, how are you feeling now?
